Correct me if I'm wrong, from what I've read, does this mean I have to forward my documents to IQAS and then the university will forward the transcript too? That's two couriers?
Yes. But there's a way around that. You can send your application package to your school and they'll add it to your transcript (in separate envelopes oooo) and both will be sent as one package thereby saving cost. That's the usual thing for people worried about cost that's what I did.

IQAS people please help. I got AOR of my transcript since Jan 28. My profile is still showing Final Review,
Sometimes it shows Complete. Any one with same date as mine who has gotten their ECA?

jjohndoe83:

If you're not a lawyer evaluating your LLB, IQAS is a NO NO. You will likely get AOR 90/100 days from date your courier delivered your documents. The ECA process with them takes about 6 months. My documents were delivered on Feb 7 and I'm still waiting but I'm not in a hurry so I can wait. You may wish to consider the other guys. There's a procedure for initiating a refund on their site

IT was super helpful!!! Apparently there are two stages of FINAL REVIEW and I'm on Final Review 2. Thanks a lot.

Good morning house, my seniors in the house I hail ooo.

I just walked pass the hall of fame and found my name there, am sure this is a positive prophecy for me but to have all records straight am still very fresh in the process, am even yet to enter the pool. Meanwhile, I guess this must have been a misinterpretation, probably when I quoted someone's PPR story to congratulate them.

Additionally, am saying thank you to whoever updated the page who knows PPR might be clinching me .

To all that have had success in one form or the other, I say congratulations.

My prayer is that this week ITA, PPR, COPR, Maxing ielts, ECA successful evaluation will rain down.

Splendid week to all.

Hello guys, thanks for the great job. I started following from part 6 and I pray God continue to bless every selfless contributor on the thread.. here is my profile
National Diploma
Bsc (direct entry)
I did Wes and eca report arrived yesterday as a diploma (2 years) and degree (4 years). I guess that qualifies me for 2 or more certificates.
Job Experience:
I have been working as a Material Engineer at one of the federal research agencies since 2013. Recently got promoted to the position of a senior engineer.
My question is this:
While creating my ee profile.. on the Education form. I was asked about the schools I attended, I simply filled it out starting with the degree saved and added the ND program... is that the right way to go about the 2 or more certificates claim?
Also for job history, I have been moved twice within the same agency but in different activity centers with slightly different mandates... in filling out this form, is it sufficient to put the name of the parent body or do I have to explicitly state the times I have spent at each activity center? For example: I was posted from the HQ after appointment in Abuja to a center responsible for transport and propulsion in Lagos where I practiced as a materials engineer and upon promotion I got transferred to a Laboratory specializing in Engines and UAVs...here I have been acting as a team lead but still within same agency. Do I have to spell it out like that? Thanks

Good day everyone.
I'm here again o. Thanks to everyone on the platform who's been helping out. And congrats to the ppr clinchers. May Canada favour y'all. So I'm 7months and 16 days post AOR. Honestly, it's been one helluva wait, but what can we do. After one call and cse , this below is the last response for my cse raised on the 19th. Since then, no update.
Ps: this was raised after a ghost update on my profile on the 8th of March. Today is 25th.
Please any thoughts?

Ok bro, I was thinking that if I'm the one I might be wondering why an Engineer is presenting work experience as a teacher, and them as an admin, both very unrelated to his field you know. cry

But if you say that don't matter, we shoot our shot and believe God. You've been of immense help to me. Thank you!

Haha..Welcome to the club grin..I'm also an engineer doing unrelated things

That looks like agent Matthew and agent Belniks response grin(don't ask me how I know).
It's a generic response and doesn't give any specific information about your application.
Also 7 months and few days post AOR,so I know how crazy the wait is. You can raise another CSE at the end of the week (if PPR doesn't show face today wink ). I have gotten some case specific responses after few trials.
Hang in there, the wait is almost over.

Last point: Work experience during studies count for FSW applicants as long as it meets the requirements of 30-40 hours, full time. Only CEC applicants have that prohibition rule.
GozyNA:

*You can get a reference letter from them. Also add payslips if you have them or alternatively you can attach your statement of account to the reference letter highlighting salary payments into it during the time you worked with them.

*You can combine NOCs as long as you have a minimum of one year experience for each one.

*Play around with the CRS calculator to see what your scores would be using 2years and then 3years work experience respectively. If 2years work experience gives you a score you consider low then by all means combine NOCs, it's allowed.

*Work experience gained before graduation wouldn't count whether paid or unpaid.

In addition, search for your company on the CAC website here http://.gov.ng/comsearch/index.php , take a screenshot of your company details (name, reg number, year of establishment etc) and attach. At least the VO would see the company is recognised in Nigeria.

kentoski:
And please guys, for the work experience criteria,

I worked 2years and six months in a firm here in Nigeria here, this is not a popular company and as such no online presence, website, official emails and stuff, and I quit since last two years, what kind of evidence do i need to support my claims?

Thank you all.

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by ladymarshall: 9:18am On Mar 26, 2019
Ensure your ref letter is in CIC format. The letter should state clearly that you were paid in cash. If your employer agrees, they can issue a cash salary certificate itemising how much you were paid monthly. It should state that it was in cash. Get a CAC screenshot of their details http://.gov.ng/comsearch/index.php. See other advice above before mine on other docs you can attach

The school am teaching presently has no online presence, website or so ever and am been paid by hand, no pay slip as well, I don't even store the money in bank, the only proof I have now is reference letter, please I need your advice on this thanks.

Una weldone oooo.

Friends, i'm considering between Wes and Ices. Any suggestions? considering speed, most especially.

I was a strong advocate of ICES, but now I'll suggest WES because of speed, the only issue is the WAEC palava and verification issue

Congratulations! Lool! I can imagine the relief of one hurdle crossed. Sent mine 7th January, 2019. They received it a week after. I have written them several times! All they say is, it is still in progress. The wait is killing! 14weeks is a very long time! Lool!

They acknowledged receipt of mine on 5th Feb, since then it has been "being checked by ICES". I don't even know what they are checking, something that they should be able complete within a day. They wait is killing me, i check my ICES profile almost every other day, believing a miracle will happen

After xtosync shared (see...something good has come out of your experience already and more good is on the way for you)......I went back to my chosen NOCs and noticed one had changed and had an error...it was a 100% match before..... now it was showing something bizarre...filled the contact us form online and got this email. We may want to use this to check NOCs

Congrats on your favourable ECA. For the job movement, I think you should state each center then put a hyphen and add the parent company

These days, CSEs are practically useless in providing information. Your best bet is to call. It's very likely that the ghost update was your security starting/concluding or your application getting approved

If you take the BCS exam in September, the result will be out in December. Once you get your result, you can add another credential, I am assuming you used WES for your ECA and you'll have to pay an extra 100 Canadian dollars for that.

Once that is done, you can then email BCS to send your Certificate and Transcript to WES. If you want to save some money you can send your certificate yourself via hellofax but you'll have to wait to get your certificate from the nearest post office close to the residential location indicated on the BCS application form.

It shouldn't take more than a month after you've sent your documents to WES.

How can I get a study centre and study materials for it? The one I saw is in Jos, Plateau State.

This long wait from ICES is killing since November. I'm presently thinking of forgetting about them and registering for WES today. For those who have used WES, I read on their website that ICAP is already included in the ECA fee, how true is this pls? Apart from IRCC, I also want them to send my report to the body regulating my profession in Canada. When i tried to select another body for the ECA to be sent to, my professional body was not on the list. Those with experience, how do I go about it pls?

Nice to see lots of people getting their PPRs... hoping we all have good news at the end of the journey too. I wrote IELTS on Saturday (My first attempt) and I am keeping my fingers crossed. Having my credentials assessed by both WES and IQAS. IQAS has been on my case since February and not updates from them as of yet, so I am pursuing the WES alternative too (Assessing my LLB and BL certificates). .Assessing my wife's Access Diploma in Law and BSC Economics with ICES.

Hoping to get really good news in the next two months so i can dive into the pool headlong
