trishaben: I noticed something from the list which i will state boldly below 13. license to practice as a nurse in Ghana 14. Introductory letter from the hospital I work at. What of someone like me with few years work experience and presently hustling on his own with not more than 200k in account but has an uncle in Canada who's willing and ready to sponsor everything. Hope it wont call for a refusal as i still wait on Conestoga and George Brown? |

gig1005: gig1005: Hi gig1005, As other members of the thread has suggested. In her next application, she should apply alone. Once she has successfully gotten her TRV, she can then file an application for her accompanying dependents to Canada. This process will boost her chances of securing a TRV as well as showing that she has significant ties to her home country. Having said that, It's very difficult for her accompanying dependents to be refused a TRV (kids) and SOWP (spouse) after she must have received a study permit because the Canada’s commitment to family unification clearly stated that international students and their families have the opportunity to experience Canadian life together. Whether it is for a few months or for several years, international students will be comforted to know that their loved ones can be nearby as they pursue their dreams of obtaining a Canadian education. Above all, she should start now by putting up a cogent letter of explanation that will address the reason for her visa refusal and convincingly demonstrate that her current situation has substantively changed and why she is a bonafide applicant that would merit a study permit and depart after her visit. 3 Likes |

Damlovey: That would not be a problem to your application since you truthfully indicated that you've been denied visa in the past. Your Passport number will automatically be used to regenerate the UCI number. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by abelorode: 5:02pm On Mar 26, 2019 |
Hello house, a clarification on this would be appreciated. I am reapplying for a study permit and in the study permit form, in the Background section, number 2b and 2c, the questions are: Have you been refused a visa or permit and Have you applied to enter or remain in Canada respectively. For 2b obviously I have been denied which I ticked yes. Now for 2c (Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada), do I tick yes also and state same reasons for both options? |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Austacus: 5:21pm On Mar 26, 2019 |
Johnsonkelvin: Lemme help you with the answer This is how to answer the question. I applied for Canadian study permit on 12 of January 1702 and I was refused on May 16 2015 base on travel history, purpose of visit, financial status and personal assets. Same applies if you have been refused US, UK, AUS, NZ or whatever, ... You should write The refusal ground. PS: don't submit your refusal letter |

I was refused a study permit to Canada in 2017 and now I am about to re apply. Few months ago, I was denied tourist visa with my husby too to US. While I will state in my application that I was refused a study permit, is it compulsory to also state that I was denied US tourist visa?? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Nobody: 7:16pm On Mar 26, 2019 |
Frank274: You need to get the information from the agent in order to reapply, The best time is now You can get SOP samples on Google and u can also read through the thread to get necessary info since u will be doing the reapplying on your own Yes they do background checks on your application.. If you were denied a visa, the letter that showed your were denied will contain the information if you were banned...Peace! |
