Actually, many factors might contribute to the delay.

I don't think they will list the phone on AliExpress if they don't have it in stock.
It seems that store is short of staff and need to employ more hands. Recently, they tend to take a little more than a few days to ship items.

This can happen if you select 'flash and lock' option (while using fastboot method)

But since he said bootloader is still locked, then this case is ruled out

So today my redmi note 7 arrived courtesy of @noobody. It was ordered on the 11th of this month that's like 14 days ago.
I have actually been following this thread for a long time; soon I'll be following from my device. I doubt if I have to say much about the guy; his reputation speaks for him he doesn't even have to sell himself to get people to order through him. He's no doubt someone you can trust with the deal went through I can even trust him with my kidney. Thank you so much. I honestly hope we'll do more deals.
