Ratello:Lol, this is a flattery. You can't institute a legal proceeding without servicing the summon personally. I have used that before to buy time in one useless litigation in Bayelsa to buy my lawyer some time. Don't forget Wole is leading Buhari's team and that is favourite tactics anything he is clueless that guy is vulnerable without Ikpeazu SAN. In 2015, Buhari (APC) vs Jonathan, that is a pre-election case at the Supreme court about the use of military in election, Wole dragged that case shameless that it was overtaken by events. A lot of lawyers blasted him for that and he shamefully defended that is also a defence tactics. He is doing the same thing again to buy time, APC legal team is afraid of case so they are dodging summons. Don't forget they recently called for the arrest of Atiku and Secondus for accessing INEC server. PDP is lining up 400 witnesses which is one of the biggest ever and they have hard evidence that is why they want the case to begin immediately. With this motion, PDP can even serve them through the newspaper and APC will be forced to begin their defence or they will lose out entirely and their will be no leave for appeal. Wole is not running to anywhere, let see how he can perform without Ikpeazu SAN. Those fools rigged the election. 222 Likes 13 Shares |

This case is very simple and PDP is going to win this case by focusing on INEC legal team like Ikpeazu did in Oyo instead of on Buhari-APC team led by Wole. Simple INEC legal team has to prove why despite concurrent accreditation and voting, there are inconsistency in the number of total votes casted and total number of accredited voters. PDP should just adopt Ikpeazu strategies and win this case for Nigerians instead of trying to battle Wole-Yusuf Alli. I don't believe Uzokwu can stand these duo. 62 Likes 11 Shares |

ChristianNorth: Honestly this part of your perspicuous analyses got me 100% I have been telling some of these uncouth Buharideens that as it stands today, judging by your submission here that the petitioner should focus on INEC, I think the Smart Card Reader will be a great asset to enhance justice on the part of the petitioner. Honestly speaking bro you saw it exactly the way it is. 83 Likes 9 Shares |

So president Buhari can also be serve a court order via substitute process So what is "progressive" about the APC that he belongs to? What is he, his party and government afraid of? The APC did same in the Gboyega Isiaka's case in the fraudulent Osun election Clean conscience fears no foe or accusation Meanwhile, "The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion."-Proverbs 28:1 58 Likes 7 Shares |

Ratello:That is why we need Ikpeazu, he has experience covering INEC azzes. The only way PDP can defeat Wole is if they can line up over 10k witnesses to prove that rigging happen in those polling units. They should just leave APC to their misery and focus on INEC. Wole's strength is in technical aspect of the petition that is why he can never win against Ikpeazu. Anyway the guy is still smart, if you look at his team he is always going with Olujinmi, Yusuf Alli as one of the members of his team. If Uzuokwu loses this case, I will personally beat up. 15 Likes 3 Shares |

Racoon:Ratello, I forgot to mention, Wole was dragging the case at Osun Tribunal. I don't know what is wrong with that guy. Just the watch how he will be dragging this case like snail. An average Governorship petition in Nigeria stretches over 2 years but imagine in high profile cases Ikpeazu was involved in like Mama Taraba vs Darius Udom vs Umana Wike vs Dakuku Otti vs Ikpeazu It took less than 6 months to be completed. When Peter Obi was impeached, Ikpeazu secured victory within 3 months, when INEC declared Uba as Governor as Anambra State, Ikpeazu returned the mandate within 14 days. Peter Obi vs Ngige took him 3 years and this was the first of its kind in the country. 47 Likes 2 Shares |

Good Development! Let's forget about PDP's atrocities for 16years. We are all guilty of one thing or the other at one point in time in our lives. Forget about Atiku being accused of stealing, everyone once stole at a point in our lives. Accusing someone of an offense we love committing is hypocrisy. Apostle Paul was once a prosecutor of the Saints but became the greatest Pentecostal Messenger. Why should we Nigerians even give up a fight before we could even start? Why condemn a method before giving it a try? The 2019 Elections was a Sham. Our democracy is drowning and needs rescue. Democracy is Heavenly, Tyranny is Hellish. Let Nigerians beware what they choose. Nigerians needs to think high. 28 Likes 6 Shares |
