Investing N8 billion share worth in Nigerian bank is definitely a Director's position.

8 Billion won't get you a director's position in GTBank.

For those asking why did GTB go to court, no serious organization accepts this kind of claim without asking for a legal interpretation. If they don't go to court and they pay the money, it means another customer can make similar claims and if they go to court, the fact that they accepted Innoson's claim without fighting it legally would be used against them. Simply put, you don't want to set wrong precedents.
