I can't say what the man mean but can categorically tell you the quoted amount is not too high from the reasonable amount. You can not dig and pour concrete same day. Atleast digging will take two days though the remianing work not be charge for full day. Then you start pouring immidiately you finished digging the second day which may eventually not finished also i mean with six people. That at the end pf the day give you amount more than the charge above.If six people can dig four bed room perfectly for a day that mean we don't need machine in our site again.

Don't get confused my brother rather wait to get a good roofing sheet needed for your project so that you don't roof two-times. Nigerian aluminum roofing sheet is still better for now, remember cost saving is out of it when it's to your detriment.
Foreign sheets are good but not all of them. The good ones are expensive even more than our local sheets.

My advice:
1. Save money for your roofing sheet to get the best, 0.45mm, 0.50mm, 0.55mm and above are recommendable.

2. For Long span go for a locally made roofing sheets eg. Alo, Ayaco, Tower etc

3. Go with your own caliper or milimeter guage (don't use eye or finger gauge also confirm the product name is engraved on the sheet.

4. Go for personal market survey and findings before going with your Carpenter because sometimes they cause more harm than good... Some of them anyway.

Going by standard unit of measurement used by Land sellers an hectac should be 15plots.

And the question says 2meters height.

You need a total of 1,080,000 blocks for a 100 hecater fencing

depend the kind of one u want, am doing ordinary stainless, 20k with glass_28,k and framless, 40,000, with 10mm glass per square meters

What is the total cost of the one you installed in this balcony. That will give me the idea of how much I need to prepare for mine.

I did it together in that building, the balcony is almost, 8m as well, making, =#224,000

18ft is the standard height for that measurement but you can add more to be 20ft if you wish

100hectares = 1,000,000m²

√1000000=1000m

Perimeter is 1000x4=4000m

A block is 225mm tall + mortar 15mm (max)
A block takes up 240mm or .24m height.

A block is 450mm long + choking of 15mm(max)
A block takes up 465mm or .465m of perimeter.

4000m/.464m=8608.15blocks for 1course of block work

2m/.24=8.33courses

8 courses will be short of 2m so 9 courses will be adopted. 9 courses gives you

0.24x9=2.16m

9x8608=77,472blocks

I recommend to add 10% to take care of breakage and columns.

77,472+7,747.2=85,219.2

A round up number of blocks is 86,000.

14 feet is OK for that kind of building,

Minimum should be 18fit. Coz the building is long. I have done 11x22m with 18fit. See my profile for the project. And many other projects
