It could be as a result of what you took. Also period do vary from time to time.

Mamas, my hubby's SFA+Culture as at June, 2018 and d recent result of d test done in this month of March are shown below. We've been battling with low sperm count, motility and morphology. It is well with you ma. I share your pain because I understand perfectly what you are going through.

My wife had a miscarriage two weeks after our wedding. Since then its one issue or the other. She had hormonal imbalance. While tackling the issue, we discovered that her fibroid has grown bigger and will require surgery. She told me about the fibroids before we got married. We trued checking her tubes only to be told about the blockage. The gynaecologist said it was as a result of the fibroids. It wasn't easy. We did the fibroid surgery in November. Did flushing of the tubes last month. Prior to the surgery, she hardly saw her cervical mucus during ovulation .....but it started to show after the surgery. Now we are trying hoping that soon she will be pregnant.

It is always better to take the test after missing your period assuming you have a regular cycle. Many pre menstrual symptoms are similar to pregnancy symptoms. Lord knows how many times I hoped and tested by symptom spotting.
Though some tests also detect hcg early and give early positives.

For the cysts, surgery depends on the symptom you may be having, the size, infertility.

You said you have no pain, just infertility, I am guessing you were sent for an ultrasound during routine investigation?

How large is the cyst? Why is the left no longer showing any? Possibly ruptured and resolved on its own?

I had my right ovary and a large cyst (which was causing recurrent pain) taken out some years back. Months after the surgery I started having pain on the left, I had an ultrasound done and a cyst was seen on the ovary(much smaller than the one that required surgery).

I was trying to conceive at that point and I read through this thread and got apple cider vinegar and castor oil. The pain reduced and I repeated the USS; the ovary was cyst free.
Though I also saw a gynaecologist.

I always advise women to get good and trusted doctors, talk to them about your options, your fears and be involved as much as you can without getting in their way or throwing what google said in their faces.

I went to Badagry general hospital yesterday, I met a doctor who almost caused my enemy high bp. Thought he would help me out but he just told me that we should go straight to IUI or IVF as my tubes are blocked, with fibroids and my hubby's issue. I even asked if he can prescribe drugs for low progesterone and high prolactin. He said he can't prescribe any drug when d tubes are blocked. Some doctors eeeh! Well, I just left there devastated.
I just believe that as many mamas have passed through these routes and conquered, I will also conquer by the special grace of God.
