Pls house, I have worked with same NOC with 3 organizations... Left to work for the other organizations with a month or two months waiting period. Since 2015 till date. My current organization will be 2 years experience in July.

The problem is, the other organizations will not give me reference letter because they didn't want me to leave. But I have the appointment letters from each organizations.

Should I include those number of years working in those organizations as WORK EXPERIENCE ? If yes, how do I go about it without reference letters from them?

How will the date they received MY transcripts help Sir?
\

It will help to know if they are sticking strictly to their current 12-14 weeks timeline, or if it's possible to have the outcome earlier. U know the waiting is painful. I'll just exercise more patience since i've already waited 8 weeks

I used ICES to evaluate M.Sc from Unilag and it was very striaght forward. My only fear was putting my ICES number after the e-mail address and thinking the Unilag staff may write the emial incuding my Number.

It took about 3 months.
Can you please put me through on how you went about it?
My fiancee just concluded her MSc in Unilag... The convocation is this Thursday.
Please like how soon after convocation can the certificate be ready?
Can the transcript process begin immediately after the convocation?
I need correct links to start the process.

I was waiting for us to get married first but I've decided to get her International Passport to enable me begin her ECA as she's going to be the PA.

1) Has XX been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2) Has XX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

I was refused a US student (F1) Visa recently but I answered NO to the first question and then YES to the second one. I guess I have done the right thing?

From my research, 1 refers to refusal of refugee status or PR visas or PNP applications or temporary resident visas. A student under F1 Student Visa is a non-resident and "does not fall under or qualify for Temporary Residency". I guess this means NO.

2 is more generic, as it depicts the refusal of all kinds of visas, denial of entry or deportation from Canada or any country. In your case, you should select 'YES' to this.

whatever you do, DO NOT SKIP ANYTHING, LEST YOU incur ban upon yourself. A letter of explanation should suffice. Explain

What is your CRS without the other organisations? If you can avoid using the reference letters just put them in personal history. Otherwise gather every other document you can to show you worked there, like appointment letter, payslips, bank deposits showing salary payments, notarised letter from former colleague stating JD or you can write this yourself then attach a letter of explanation to say you couldn't get the letters.

I got the contact of @adeboye11. He advertised on this thread about processing WAEC for WES with a fee of #28,000.
Sent him a picture of my passport and WAEC certificate and he went to do it that same very day on 19th March, I got my tracking ID from WAEC on 30th March saying my package will get to WES on 3rd April.

If you won't be able to do it yourself, you can contact him on 08101047979,

Thank you for this. Can you confirm that if WES evaluates WAEC or NECO that i can select Two or more certificates option?

None at all. Provided you are sure your CRS is well enough to get you another ITA in no time. However, we do advise against this because for everytime someone declined & get into the pool again, it's indirectly blocking the chance for another individual who's been on the waiting list.

Wow. I was planning to submit tomorrow after reviewing all my answers one last time. Thank God I asked.

Please what is the difference between:
1) Has XX been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
AND
2) Has XX ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

In my opinion, there is no difference but it was phrased in different wordings.

I have asked myself several times, why they can't merge both into one because it gets people confused. If you tick one and leave the other, you will get procedure fairness letter which could lead to to a 5-years ban.

Good morning all,

I have a concern. My hubby who is the PA used his middlename as his surname in his passport. All our kids and I are bearing his middlename. His documents including ECA all have his father's name. He is about take IELTS. Please what should we do?
So instead of Mohammed Akinsola Onyeka (all documents except IELTS which may come out different), he used Onyeka Akinsola. The rest of us are Onyeka Trump, Onyeka Buhari.

Perhaps my questions may have been previously addressed, but please guide me.
I just concluded my MBA of which transcript & statement of result are ready, but no certificate yet.

Questions;

Can i successfully evaluate my MBA under this circumstances?
Will i need to process transcript for my BSc as well?

Also my spouse has OND and Bsc which she did through direct entry, will she require OND transcript as well?

Thanks in anticipation.

1) Yes

2) Yes,if she wants two or more certificate.

Hello Guys, I'm an avid, silent reader of this thread. I noticed people are always having issues with processing WAEC.

The first guy that offered to do the job seems to have gone silent so I decided to step in.

If you wish to process your WAEC transcript for WES and you don't know how to go about it, contact this number below for all your WAEC errands.
We will help you process the transcript with a reliable contact from WAEC and save you the stress that comes with it. And at a good price too.

P.S: I'm using a new moniker. Don't want some people to know I'm doing this Canada thing. ( grin cheesy shocked wink )

A trial will convince you.

WhatsApp zero eight zero five eight three five one seven three one.

Thank you everyone who has contacted me. Both for advice and using my service.
I deeply appreciate and encourage to drop a review.
Thank you all.

Have a great thesday and wishing us all a speedy PPR in whatever process we are.

This is not so. He/She is to answer YES to both. student visa is a TRV.

Should he go ahead and write "No", he will get PFL. I am saying this from a position of strength and based on personal experience.

Should he/she get PFL, it is a trauma that you won't want to wish your enemy.

I wish him all the best.

Hi

One and same person affidavit will be fine. He should use his names as it appears on his passport for IELTS exam, and for the rest of the application for EE.

Hi, WAEC and NECO are the requirements for the evaluation of your university degrees.

It is not used as TWO or more certificate.

OND and HND can be described as one.
PGD and BSC
BSC and CIPM and so on.

My thoughts exactly. Different speculations and arguments have come up about this. The way the questions are coined is misleading to applicants.

They claimed they received it on the 4th January. I paid on the 2nd. School sent same day.
It was exactly 8weeks 2 days from January 4th.

Send them a mail.

In the eyes of CIC, the questions might actually have different intentions. Usually when one applies for a study permit or a work permit extension, a separate application for a TRV is usually required. The Work or Study Permit alone cannot be used to for re-entry even when it's still valid.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by topeolu1: 10:18am On Apr 02, 2019
I agree 100% with this. We should read in between the lines. Both questions contains visit or visitor visa in addition to other types

It is on this basis that the question should be answered, in my opinion

Thank you for this and the impact on other applicants in the pool is well noted. However, will it not be better to correct mistakes in dates and add missing additional information in the profile since there is chance to do so instead of leaving if to CIC agents to figure out?
