Quoting your application number is one of the options. Check the option that ask of passport number and do the needful.

good day to you all here, please how can one apply for Canada study permit online, after being sent admission letter from preferred school of study. please I am asking in behalf of my junior brother.
He was sent an admission letter from a high school in Canada, the name of the school is lord Selkirk, he will be staying with his guardian, a family member. according to the school custodian agreement also his sponsor here in Nigeria is his uncle, we have every document ready. The only thing we are asked to do now is to proceed and apply online or at the embassy. I need assistance in the application process. Can I fill out the application for him online.

please I need answers, the school will be opening for a new session this August. thank you

To add to it, when I checked online. I read you can apply using a sign in partner or using a gckey login. U don't understand what these mean. Please I will need guidance from experts.

While you guys are brainstorming, you can also lay complaints on twitter. Look for their twitter handle and maybe write something to them.

I totally agree with this....think of a hashtag and hopefully people will keep retweeting
It must hurt a lot...I wish y'all fast results....good results.

Hello
This is to my fellow May/June/ July applicants. What can really be done for this people to actually attend to our applications.. When I applied last year July, I was thinking this Canadian student permit was a first come first serve procedure, but its obvious I was totally wrong.. Peeps applying 2 months ago are already getting approvals, while ours is still being ignored.. What can really be done to make changes, cos its really tiring and frustrating for ur application to be 8-10 months without any response form them.. And please no one should get me wrong when i said peeps that apply 2 months ago are getting approvals, am not envious of them(at all, its actually giving me hope of my approval) but if they were in our shoes, they will feel same.. So my fellow comrades what can really be done for us to see changes.. Does any one have direct social contacts of the immigration minister or prime minister for us to vent our complains, or what can really be done... Please lets come up with a suggestion and follow suit.. Cos the truth be told, this wait is getting annoying to be honest.. Peace

Tried the IRCC twitter handle, those guys keep saying send a webform bla bla bla....wen u respond that u have sent that severally, they say u have to wait for a decision that they don't have access to your application....i think our best bet is mailing the Minster of immigration, the Prime minister or visit the Consulate at VI but am not sure security will let u even see the door talk more the gate...for the bolded, does anyone have their email addresses pls...?

Good everybody, I want to apply via online route but I have a question, I renewed my passport as the previous one contains travel history, so do I have to upload both biodata pages and the pages containing travel stamps.
Anticipating your kind response
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by yacha77: 11:25am On Apr 03, 2019
Sorry I didn't explain, we have it differentiated for biometric alone. As it is no paper applicant except for the GH app has gotten medical request so estimated time for medical request is based on the online applications. Thanks and appreciate your efforts.
sillysassysally:
This is noted and thanks for the suggestion.

A timeline for paper and online has already been differentiated in the "calculations" section. Please feel free to explain better what you have in mind...

PS : Just a random user that reads this topic and just feeling concerned here sad

The pages holding the travel stamps is very essential to your application: include it, likewise the bio-data page of the renewed PP.

BTW there would be no need including the old bio-data page as you would be filling in the old PP number likewise the new PP number in one of the IMM forms BUT including the old PP bio-data page doesn't exercise any ruins.

Guess you're not affiliated with any online bank listed as Sign-in partners as you scroll down. Then sign in using the GC KEY login. Series of questions would be asked of you, your answers will determine the set of questions delivered in your application package. There are times you don't understand somethings, you read like mad and you will eventually get it.

It's a 4in one family application and we're all new applicants for Study permit. I'm the principal applicant with 3 children School's resumption is August 29. Though deadline to submit Student permit is August 13. 201.
sillysassysally:
TRV processing time update 2/04/2019

BIG CONGRATS to those that have just gotten their approvals!

We have a sample of 27 hopefuls! I would encourage those that have applied this year to share their timeline (with details such as; Application Route, whether you're a new or re-applicant, School Resumption Date, Application Date, Biometrics Request Date, Biometrics Done Date, Medical Request, Medicals Done, Medicals Passed, PPR or the Current Status of your application). If you don't have all this information, you can just share the ones that you have and update the rest as you receive it.

This information would help us study or attempt to establish a pattern to how CIC operates. (Please note that the calculated estimates are just averages based on the little sample we have. Your processing time may be faster or slower than the average)

For those that have already submitted their timeline, kindly share if you are a new applicant or a re-applicant. Also, please share when you are expected to resume school. This would help us understand if there is a relationship between processing time and resumption date. (Cc Oni2019, Yacha77, docsaj, Klem28, Trishaben, Omarzx, ify85, Samolala2019, umulobi, Oyalfares)

Finally, If there is anything you think i should add to the data or calculate from the data or if there is a better way you think I can present the data, I am always open to suggestions.

Good day,
please I have two questions:
When you were feeling your online forms, do you type in your name in the cell meant for your signature or did you feel the just date part and upload the document?
also, in the family information form, did you feel in N/A for things you didn't have to feel or did you just leave it blank?
DMerciful:
Nope... just scans of the original documents

I have tried all the combinations given

Hello Chibertha,
Please how much was the total application fee you paid at VFS? Given that you didn’t have to repeat your biometrics again.
Thank you.

Hello House, sorry I haven’t being activity .. the weather here makes it tough as 24 hours will zap in your yes..
I am in a location where it’s still snowing..

If you are coming to Canada, please make sure your study permit says you can work full time for 40 hour during breaks and 20 hour during sections especially those coming through Toronto.. NaijaForeigner said this

I came in through Montreal and can say the PoE was smooth was done under 15min( took that long cos the officer that was attending to me was lost, so another officer had to put him through)

I wish all TrV hopeful success from the likes of Austacus, 042viber and the names I can’t remember..Studies here ain’t beans especially if you not funded... cos me I can’t do 6 semester straight

Greeting from Corner Brook, Newfoundland

Did you get a medical request(and you did the medical and passed) and did you get a passport request? (thats if u applied online).. If ur answer is no to both questions then am afraid its a refusal.... But do not be broken by this, u can always re-fire and get ur visa.. Peace
