Mtori. ( potatoes mixed with beans and amatumbu)
Ugali + mushrooms ( dried or fresh)
There are a lot of these traditional foods which I can't mention all.And our ugali ( stiff pap) is made either from mealie meal,cassava flour, or millet flour.We also has Tanzanian foods which has Arabian or Indian flavour like Pilau,vitumbua,chapati,chachandu,etc
