I suffered this sometime last year, it was terrible because I get lil sleep time at night and when I’m supposed to get focused during the day I get sleepy but the sleeps never comes. It left on its own as I just kept trying to sleep. But this year, I’m a sleep junkie. I feel like sleeping as I’m typing this now . I didn’t do pills though, I doubt if there’s any natural cure to this than trying to sleep more and perhaps get way things that’ll keep you busy when you can sleep. Play country songs, by Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Tim McGraw you sure go to bed after some strings of guitar. 7 Likes |

MissRaine69: Hi MissRaine69, Insomnia could be such a big challenge as it'll takes its toll on your mental health if it persisted for a longer time, I've had it before due to a major problem I once had. Imho I'll advise you to forget about any Pharmaceutical drugs i.e muscular relaxant, as they could become addiction along the way, just try to fight it naturally and within yourself by figuring out what's causing it and the best way to avoid them. Also try to avoid taking anything that stimulates your body to be active during bed times e.g coffee, caffeine, tobacco etc. Lastly always try to relax in whatever situation and worry less, worrying about issues don't solved them, we have to worked out the solution analytically, at nights like this, listen to relaxing music from the likes of yanni, Deep forest, enya, amethystium etc. They really helped me and nowadays I sleep like a baby anytime I want. Good luck. 3 Likes 1 Share |

PRESENTATION:My insomnia is chronic It’s been like this since childhood My grandmother was convinced i was in cahoots with maleficent night walkers as what 4 year old stays awake all night? If I am in Nigeria it improves for about 9-10 days so I average 4 hours then it’s back to 3 hours or none. I do function during the day without any sleep residue or fatigue. My work colleagues think I am powered by batteries. 1 Like |

Kyrx:I do yoga I meditate I don’t game as I used to... Sleep is as elusive as democracy in Nigeria. Maybe I was meant to sleep 3 hours |
Re: Insomnia... by Kyrx(m): 10:54pm On Apr 08, 2019 |
MissRaine69: I don't quite agree with that, don't see yourself sleeping 3 hours at night as a normal thing because it ain't normal, you just got to fight it until your normal sleep returns, just try to get over your worries. Life ain't need that. You might as well book a consultation with a specialist, I'm sure he'd proffered you with a solution, many people like me were once in your situation and worse. Also you can trying reading bible, if you're a beginner, it would be a magic. Lest I forget, sleep to me is like MTN lol |

Kyrx:1. I have no worries trust me 2. Seen enough sleep specialist over the years 3. What’s “normal?” 4. It’s chronic ...... 5. Reading at night is very very counterproductive in my case even if it’s the Bible. 2 Likes |

MissRaine69: Of course I trust you, and I really do feel for you because I have experienced first hand, the effects of insomnia. Well according to health practitioners, at least 7 hours is often considered as normal. As a true believer and a realist, I believed that there's no problem without its solution, we just gotta find it. Please try any of the music band I listed in my first post(considers Jens Gad also) I'm VERY sure one of it will put you to sleep ina very little time. I really want you to enjoys the best gift of nature Ms. Raine. |

MissRaine69: Perhaps a long soothing massage could help. But if relaxing your nerves to a point of pure bliss won't put you to sleep, just connect your brain to a mainframe and have someone shut it down |

I love working in the dead of the night anytime I get the chance to. You should perhaps try exhausting yourself out during the day and maybe enjoy an earth shattering orgasm before bedtime. 4 Likes 1 Share |

MissRaine69:I have been there.I was almost going mad.it took me weeks to get back to my normal life.I never took any sleeping pills.it's a gragual process but if you try this steps you might be ok.make your bedroom a sleeping place and very clean and conducive. What I mean by sleeping place is don't spend too much time in your bedroom.make sure once you are there it's for sleeping and the room needs to be clean and sezy. You also need to rely on good musics at night.get a good earpiece and music's you like but let it be low turn.music they say is food for the soul. You can also try reading novels while listening to your music's.it will help you alot.and remember don't go to bed too early. Their is this vitamin c our family doctor prescribed for me then.it's 10 or so in a container and you disolve it in a cup of water.you must take it once daily but it must be before 4pm. Another thing that helped me during this period is camomile tea.I got it from shop right then.I use to take it about an hour before going to bed.this tea can go with 3 to 2 spoon Of original honey.it work like magic. I must tell you it's a gragual process.the first day or time will experience about an hour or some munutes sleep.don't panic.if you want any questions or to talk you can ask for my contact.I wish you all the best. 1 Like |

I can manage not sleeping for about two days but the next night, as soon as I get to bed I'll sleep easily. When my body is tired and can't handle any further sleeplessness it'll just do its thing. Eating foods high in magnesium for dinner and quiet classical music also helps me fall asleep when I really need it. |

There's no cure for insomnia. If you can function well in the day time, you have nothing to worry about, Shaw. |

Re: Insomnia... by ValCon888: 12:58pm On Apr 09, 2019 |
MissRaine69:Simple solution. You need long-term good preeq. Or a very skilled oral sexologist. A guy that can say: "MissRaine, please ride my face till you cum in my mouth." There's no sleep better than an orgasm induced sleep. Trust me. I know. |
Re: Insomnia... by BLUEJAYY: 1:10pm On Apr 09, 2019 |
ValCon888:Totally right. Me and my current FWB call it our 'sleeping pill'. We'd smash genitals for hours till we get exhausted with total satisfaction, then fall asleep na.ked, waking up super refreshed and alert. I read that sex triggers the release of calming hormones like serotonin and endorphins which play a role in knocking you off. |
Re: Insomnia... by MissRaine69(f): 1:14pm On Apr 09, 2019 |
crossfm:I have a very zen bedroom, it’s taken a lot of thought to make it into a sanctuary. Now the problem with me is if I start reading I will have to finish the book and that is very counterproductive as I tend to read quite heavy books Music that’s always been there in the background There was a time I was drinking 40+ cups of coffee a day and slept without any issues. Now that I have been caffeine free for months the insomnia has got worse. I have never been an 8+ hours of sleep sort of person 6 hours is considered a good nights sleep for me. I have the tea and the vitamin C is very much more through diet rather than an actual tablet. 1 Like |

Re: Insomnia... by BLUEJAYY: 1:31pm On Apr 09, 2019 |
Guest007:Yeah sex gives us energy especially during the day but at night, after all of the day's work and stress, it helps knock us into some deep sleep. Talented man? Okay then. Let me tell you something guest007, I'm the kind of guy that doesn't do rounds. I mean I start off and could last pretty long but when I cum once, I'm done. I could maybe go one more time but that's rare. You know why? It's because the women sleep off immediately we're done. Because I have the ability to last quite long, I can make them cum multiple times without resting until they get so exhausted and couldn't help it but doze off when I finally pull out. Forgiven you? What did you do? Remind me. You're a very naughty girl aren't you? Your dp reminds me of something. |

Re: Insomnia... by BLUEJAYY: 1:40pm On Apr 09, 2019 |
Guest007:I remember vividly, no grace. You'll have to apologise through actions as those on your dp. Naughty! Oh come onnnn! This is my only moniker please. |
