This is the first time I'd be using a Xiaomi device(Redmi 3 Pro). It's cool and kind of odd when people ask you the kind of phone you Use and you say Xiaomi (most people do not know jack about it).
I just want we using this device regardless the model to meet here and share tips on how to get the best out of it eg. Rooting, unlocking, flashing, Upgrading, etc.

Guys, a friend got his Redmi 5A Prime screen broken. Right now, both screen and touch are completely not working.

He wants to buy a replacement screen and repair it. I need to know exactly what he would place an order for - only the LCD or the LCD with frame?

Ordered a screen replacement from jumia
Can't track it on nipost site, went to the office and they said it's not yet there. This is what is shows me.

umidigi phone is trash not durable ,heats like stove. charge burns after few weeks, doesn't operate well in hot temperature, equipped with useless processor. Nokia x5 beat all umidigi phones intense of speed. even f1 is useless note5 is way better than all their phones. not to talk of their worse camera battery draining and not charging fast

the chip set used on that phone is like the ones used on techno phones. chip set meant for gallery ,video camera infant 90℅ of techno phones are supposed to be sold under $100 same as umigidi that phone is more useless than techno .as for Xiaomi Xiaomi I hope they start using better chip set on their note series now Qualcomm has released new chip sets for mid range phones with AI, looking forward to note8. people like me don't care about camera I care about performance. I saw someone here saying note7 pro of 675 chip set is better than poco with 845 coz of 48mp. I guess this is same reason people have failed to realise techno and infinix are useless phones...2019 tecno and infimix are still making phones with 1.3ghz which is 2 cores equipped with one old useless mtk processor meant for gallery, equipped with 24mp and I always ask my self where on earth did they get that 24mp that is on their phones.
