enoeshett: I know this. I mean now that they say trf should not be submitted. Does that mean that one will pay courier fee, send only eor form and draft. Then if there is a positive response, now courier the trf again in order to get a new one? |

Hello Senior Members, Kindly feel free to comment on this post as it will go a longer way clearing my doubts. Presently I’m a single guy and a resident in United Arab Emirate and I'll be getting married next month (May) God’s willing. I’ve discussed with my fiancee who’s also a resident here in UAE but she doesn’t seem interested(her current job is time consuming) in the program. However, I’m 100% interested and I’ve started with the process of ECA and working towards IELTS since they’re independent of each other. I work in the UAE as a Real Estate Broker and I’ve checked in the NOC code 66232. My questions are: 1. Can I be married and still apply single(without spouse)? 2. She finished from Fed. Poly Auchi, does anyone know the procedure for transcripts? 3. As the principal applicant, will much emphasis be placed on her IELTS performance? 4. If I continue the process alone and it ends positive, what are the chances of bringing her over? I'll appreciate anyone’s contributions regarding my questions please. Thanks |

packaging:1) If your spouse will not be moving with you, then you can apply as spouse unaccompanying. 2) I know nothing about this 3) If you writing alone is enough to boost your CRS, then no need for her to write. But if your CRS is low she'll have to write but doesn't have to score as high as you. 4) Applying for her to later join you might be somewhat hectic. So I'll advise that if there's any chance of her changing her mind and deciding to join you, it's best you include her now. All the best 2 Likes |

Hello Bro, I am not a Pro but I'd chip in my little advise. Your babe might not be interested right now but soon she will be{when she see the progress you have made} She is your wife to be. Do you intend to get PPR and leave her behind in UAE ? 1. Apply as a couple since you are getting married in May. Help her assess her documents and while you are preparing for your Ielts, carry her along. Obviously you'd be the Principal applicant, so if she manages to score 6666 and you score 8777 and has 2 or more certificates, you are good to go. 2. No idea sir. 3. No. She might not even asses her academic qualifications if you have 2 or more certificates and atleast 3 years work experience {please don't be above 31 Abi 32 } 4. It's possible but it's usually a long shot. I hope my input helps. packaging: 5 Likes |

1. No. That will be misrepresentation. You apply as married and add unaccompanying spouse. 2. I don't but someone here will answer 3. Yes. IELTS is one of the mandatory requirement. Try to score LRSW: 8777 or above. It is safe to max out 8.5, 8,7.5,7.5 4. Good but very long and cumbersome. It is better to apply as a couple Read here https://www.matthewjeffery.com/spousal-partner-immigration-sponsorship-lawyer/process-for-spousal-sponsorship-into-canada/ Spend more time reading the EE basics here https://www.nairaland.com/5031893/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled packaging: 3 Likes |

Hello E-Fam, Please I will like to inquire about using savings from Cooperative Society as POF. I think I have read something about that on this thread before, but I can't figure out where and when it was stated. I would like to know the format of the letter if this can be used. I'll appreciate anyone’s contributions regarding this please. Thanks |
