I did that, I paid before receiving my documents since I already had my SEVIS details. I think you can too if you have the money so you can focus on other expenses.
I believe what counts is that you paid the $200 and got confirmation.

Hello house, I graduated with a GPA of 3.62 in bsc biochemistry in 2015 and I have worked as a call center agent in a bank for close to a year plus and still in the job presently. I wanna go back to school to study msc Biotechnology in the US but I lack funding and sponsporship. Recently, I registered to write toefl in july and GRE in November 2019, but don't know the list of schools in the US which offers fully funded scholarships. it is not selfishness. When I asked my question nobody here is under "obligation" to answer me, everyone does it by choice.

If you go through my previous posts on this thread I've dropped alot of information concerning Scholarship for undergraduate study.

The guy in question that PM'ed me, I've fully answered him already. Alot of people here have also PM'ed me and I've answered every single one of them.

The guy that quoted me, did it as if I was "bound" to share information and not choice.
