Quite sad, so many people are excited to flee their motherland to help grow and build up a white man's land. It's just like what my friend used to say, 'immigration is modern day slavery.......they just make it easier for your youngest and brightest minds to simply emigrate in droves'. Who will build this country if you all leave, have you ever thought of that?

The biggest problem the black race has is selfishness while the white man thinks about the greater good of a community. Everyone only thinks about what will benefit them and their family and that's where it ends.

I also used to think abroad was the be all end all after graduating from university. I also hustled and eventually left Nigeria...........I moved back, got a job and started a mentorship and scholarship program where we find youths whose families are unable to pay their elementary and secondary school fees and we partner with local businesses to raise funds for these kids. Has it been easy? No. But do I feel accomplished knowing that I'm making a positive change in small ways that will alleviate poverty, possibly reduce crime and put more food on the tables of a few Nigerians? Certainly.

.......countries like Canada that take advantage of the dire situation in Nigeria and prowl on our brightest and youngest minds for the sole purpose of developing their country and replacing their aging workforce.

While I know most of you have made up your mind to flee your motherland, the least I can urge you to do is to find reputable charities and NGOs in Nigeria and donate to them once in a while. Goodluck.

Thank you for your post jare! It breaks up the monotony of our EE questions.

Permit me to use the church example.....As in a church...some are Sunday school teachers...others are ushers...some are in sanitation department....some are in prayer...others in choir....we on this thread are in the EE group.

We want to go to Canada so we can send money back to NGOs... so we can come back later with ideas... some of us may decide never to set foot in NG again and that's ok too...the whole world is now a global village....Bill Gates is making more of a difference in the fight against malaria than any African...and he doesn't live on our continent!!!

Did you know US and UK nationals are in the top 10 migrants to Canada list? On one hand you say "whites" aren't selfish like blacks......on the other hand UN should investigate them for behaving like old slave masters....which is it?

Btw: using migration to fill a working population gap from aging is a well established economic theory. No blame game is necessary but if you insist on one...blame the country that makes it tempting for its talented, educated, middle class youth to leave...don't blame the one that's providing opportunities for them.

Hey Guys, help me look into this...

I worked as Customer Service Rep. from 2011 to 2012 and as Inventory Manager from 2012 to 2019.

I intend to use the Inventory Manager experience for the Express Entry profile so as to max out my FSW points. And besides Customer Service is NOC C, which means I can't use it.

The issue now is, in 2016 I applied and was refused a Canadian study permit, in my application I used Customers Service as working Experience from 2011 to 2016.

Do you think this will raise any issue for my EE?

Inventory manager: 2016-2019 (claim only the most recent 3 years) goes to your work history. The rest should go to your personal history.

Thank you jare, its like you took the words out of my mind. If Nigeria is really concerned about its citizens leaving, then Nigeria should do better. Also we are not trees or rocks, when our environment is no longer suitable, it is absolutely ok to move, that is how the human race been developing.

Congrats Joo on your PPR!!
Good evening All.
Question- Is it necessary to upload the form 214b given to me during my USA F1 visa refusal last year as part of my Travel documents.
Also- Should I include other documents like I-20 SEVIS fee etc that I used to apply for the F1 visa.
Thanks for your reply
