Accra is naturally imbued by nature. As you can see from your definition. It is not artificially created. It has vegetation and natural lagoons, ocean which is practically not existing in ABUJA. Beside it has a rich history.

Abuja has no lagoon, the only one there is artificial and the main vegetation close to abuja is not located right in abuja. It is called lugbe and it is not part of abuja.
