I have a boerboel, it’s a year an some months , my female dog is on heat and it’s the 8th day now , he made attempt yesterday and since then he hasn’t made any advance to the female , the female position and he only licks her vagina and walk away... I really don’t know what to do , both of the dogs are first timers.... would really love your help and am in sangotedo thanks

Chances are he finds her to be too much for him. Shes probably a bit bossy or gets on his nerves.
Same with my dog; he doesn't like my female dog and they've lived through years of heat but he wouldn't go near her. Even when she begs him, he gets mad at her.

He's not lazy, he's just not experienced.
You said it yourself, its his first. And its not like he has seen other dogs do it.
So he trying to mount her is what his instinct tells him to do, but after that, he's got no clue on what to do next hence, he drops and walks away.
Your female dog flagging and opening up for him shows she's ovulating, and this should be the period when she should be mated.

You ever tried jacking him before she came on heat?
We do these to give the male dogs experience on what it feels like to be stimulated, ejaculate and to mate.
So they then start humping by themselves, first on your leg(the funny thing male dogs do) then if other dogs are in sight, they hump them.
So this will teach them what to do when they meet a female on heat
...
My advice;
1. You lock them up in a confinement big enough to house the both of them but small enough for their body to be in contact
...
2. You get a professional to assist
...
3. You use another stud(male)
...
4. You wait till her next heat. By then, you'd have personally made him more experienced.
