I once flipped a sports domain name for $350 when I spent less than $5 registering it and it didn't stay a month. It all depends on how creative you are and the potentiality of such domain name ranking.

I believe the OP's domain name has the potential to rank easily.

Why not pick up the .ng Variant of the domain name too ? As the buyer might thinking of considering that since this on a high side.
