You don't have to write both but it will be an advantage to you CRS points wise if you do. If you have a good CRS score with just one of them then go ahead and choose which you'd like to write. foi59: |

As a member of the AVO gang, I'd suggest someone else who's next in command after your dad issues and signs your reference letter. While I see nothing wrong with your dad doing that, it may be red flag for a VO, and may then be re-directed to a local VO, in our case Accra. We've seen a case like yours in our group where the reference letter was signed by the applicant's dad and his just been invited for an interview. I know he's coming back with good news by God's grace, but Accra is so snail paced that we all don't like it there. Safe to say that not all applications that land there are complicated but it's also better to err on the side of caution femez14: 11 Likes |

It really hasn't been easy catching up with over 20 pages though... however, i'm barely seeing unique or new issues. It's so alarming to see people ask the same questions over and over again. These questions have either been answered some few pages behind or linked on Page 1. It's so frightening because, these same people want to go to a developed nation that emphasizes so much on the Do-it-yourself (DIY) way... See, u cannot become grounded in something that you don't personally research yourself. If you keep waiting for people to tell you about this process every time, then it's not cool. U sef think am naa, the people wey you dey ask, how them take sabi the process? If they didn't research, would you have had anyone to ask. I am not saying that people shouldn't confirm in areas requiring clarification, but i believe that going the extra mile to do some additional research yourself before attempting to ask may be all you need to get your solutions. The evidence is quite clear, check out the speed at which the thread has been moving. Soon we will be in Part 8. I also would advice the "Seniors"... pls redirect people to Page 1... stop answering a particular question repeatedly. What then is the essence of doing all that hard work on Page 1 if we repeatedly answer these same questions on the thread. U can reference the page when responding or post the link for the person to see him/herself, but answering all the time?? Nah, u are not doing the person any good. Above all, please note that answering questions on this platform is not a competition. It does not show how wise or smart you are. Help when the need arises. If someone has answered a question well, and what you wanna say is exactly the same thing with no new information, then quit answering the same question with similar response again. All these are what makes the thread so disorganized. Well, that's just my opinion though. Btw, I missed you guys so much. God bless and keep shining. Happy Easter. 44 Likes |

Good morning. Please I would like to ask, if someone got a study permit and the pnp application he applied for before the study permit is successful, can the person still go ahead with the EE process and apply for permanent residency while studying? Also note that the province the person got the admission is different from the province the person received PNP certificate. 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by amaya21: 9:09am On Apr 22, 2019 |
This is a bit dicey. For PNP, there is an expectation of spending at least some time in the province that does the nomination first before you move to another province. There's no hard and fast law, but there is definitely an expectation. If it is the regular Express Entry, I see no problem in going ahead with EE while on a study permit if you meet the necessary requirements. However, the person is going the PNP route while they are in school in a presumably different province. How will you convince the visa officer of intent to reside in the nominating province? Unless perhaps, the program of study is expected to be complete towards the end of the PNP processing time... Maybe others should weigh in danianne: 4 Likes |
