No the form is to be sent via post. If you've done that, you're good to go

I didn't fill the form , it was attached to the WAEC form at WAEC office when I did mine 2 weeks ago.

Hi Ifeoma, I just clicked the link and the address is WES USA. Are they also in charge of Canadian immigration?

Does it matter whether anyone has used it or not? It's the requirement for WES ECA. Scratch card is not just not compulsory, it won't be accepted. The only option is the form and this is stated clearly on the WES website.

Are you sure about the bolded Ify?

Hello, Please if you don't mind I have a few questions. I remember doing a pre-degree program with AAU in 2009. Can it be used for Express Entry? If yes, do you mind sharing how I can go about it?

@wisdom77 please do you also have any idea of the above?

Thank you.

I am not sure this can be assessed because it wasnt a degree awarding program.

I want to thank everyone it's been a journey. I registered for wes as far back as 2014. But one lost interest until dec 2017 when we had fuel scarcity.. no light no water no fuel.i just got fed up and encouraged my wife. Who later became the PA.

To all those who are looking for something like this, the God that did this for us, will do it for you in Jesus name. Amen. The PPR was a good Easter present for us.

I took time out of nairaland after aor to relax, because the journey is not for the faint hearted neither is the cost but all in all it will end in praise

Congratulations to you and yours sir.

Can someone tell me how to find out which visa office is handling your application?

Hi all, I will also appreciate an answer to this question. Was about asking the same.

Also, what platform can anyone recommend if I want to request GCMS notes.

Thanks.

Even if you speak French fluently, it will not give you any advantage in the pool if you do not sit for the test.

True. Thanks

Ifeoma77:

1. It's up to you and depends on your scores or if you intend to use it professionally when you get to Canada.
2. TEF is the only way you can prove it.
3. From my research, you will absolutely love Montreal and life there is crazy cheap. For example, rent on a two bedroom apartment in Montreal is less than $1000

Thanks a lot. I totally forgot about Montreal. Didn't even know about the cost of living.

My people i need your contribution ooo, i work with my dad and i have 3 years work experience as operations manager in the company. It is actually an enterprise but it is registered. I have my employment letter and my pay slips with my tax certificate with me. How do i claim points for work experience due to the fact that it is my fathers company?
Can he sign for me and give me a refrence letter?
I will be very greatful if you can enlighten me and put me through.
Thanks so much

I believe you should have gotten the requisite response but I will just give you the same reply as I was given by someone special on this thread, since you have everything to prove that you work in the company especially payslip which means you most likely received your salary through the bank and not cash payment which could be tricky but is also not a problem, then you are okay. No CIC rules say we no fit work for our parent company, they just want to be sure you did the work and you got paid and the job is not some form of Oluwole arrangement grin. As regards who signs the reference letter, if there is an administrative, HR or any other appropriate person that can do that, it will be preferable as this will reduce the chances of extra scrutiny but if it is just your dad that can sign it, other evidences such as the employment letter, payslip and even statement of account highlighting salary deposits along with your reference letter will suffice. With these the case officer handling your file no go get anything to prove as you have covered all bases. God's Speed bro.

URGENT!!!
Please my elders here help a brother out...i just passed the ielts and am about to start the process. The issue is that am planning to get married to my girl, and she is in her final year in university, when I calculated my score it fell to 449 as against 471 in case I intend to apply as a single person. Do I apply as single so that when I get there I come and pick her or is there any way around it? I am open to ideas.... Please help me.

This too should have been cleared. Bro you can marry your girl and make her happy grin, love is a beautiful thing. Your score at 449 is still not bad as we hope the draws will come down to that range soonest, you could also get her to write IELTS and score more points for you guys. Going through the spousal sponsorship route from all I have read on this thread could be tricky but please ensure you are legally married to her before creating your profile if you are going to go down that route. Happy married life in advance!! I no go mind come chow rice o grin. God's Speed bro.

I paid 10k then oo but now its 27k for secondary verification for WES.

PROCESS: There is a LASU UBA account called LASU Revenue Account at LASU. After payment, take the teller to the LASU bursary office (Admin block 2) where the teller would be converted to a receipt. Write your WES REF NO ontop of the receipt. Take it to the Exams and Records department located at ICT and ask for the Transcript verification officer. Drop a copy of your receipt with your WES reference number, name and matric number BOLDLY written on it.
All the best.

shygunXs:
Hi Yem,

How much did you pay for LASU second verification after the initial transcript dispatch?

Thank you.

Hi Everyone. Please, I need urgent advice. I just realized that there is a chance I may have been denied a visa when I was younger but I already submitted my application and I answered no to the 2 statutory questions regarding visa refusal. I don't know how to proceed. I was thinking of raising a CSE to this effect to inform IRCC of the error. Is there anyone with a similar experience or anyone with any advice at all? Please help

Raise CSE asap and explain detailedly. Which country were you denied Visa when you were younger? Please do before they put your app under review. Information sharing is like the first thing they do once you submit an application.
