And from previous posts i think u did mentioned we submitted same time 21 Feb so am assuming I should be preparing

Did your sister submit study visa ? Please how long has it been now ? Also do you know how long study visa takes now generally , I mean the time frame

Ha lol , But me I have been to SA twice and my current passport was even gotten in SA , I'm hoping that will be a sort of advantage and make the process faster or something

Please is this for sure ? do you know anyone who got it n 6 weeks recently ? with all the delay going on in Lagos right now please is it for sure ? I am currently in SA right now, this is my second time here I wanted to apply here but they said it's risky that I should rather go and do it in Lagos.

I don't know about Lagos, I can only talk of Abuja; which can be within 6-7 weeks, provided all (right) the documents are in place..

Please what kind of VISA did u apply for, and where and when did you apply?
I have applied for 11.2 short work VISA since March 20 in Abuja, it is still under processing and I have not been called.

I applied for tourist visa

I applied march 21st

tourist might still take like 2 months or so , there is no consulate in PH only application centre , your application will still be sent to Lagos at the end of the day

We cant always generalize. Even among Nigerians you will find xenophobic people, that word is not meant for south alone.

I can stil tell you that what most of our people do in Sa if table were turned and it happened to be others doing it in Nigeria maybe there would be more than xenophobia.

I have meet lots of Sa people whom to me are more welcoming than even our own people over here.
