454 is a decent score either way, assuming everything entered into the CRS calculator was done accurately. You don't need French with this score. Just ensure your upcoming IELTS is at least 8777 if you're the PA.

Hello fam, I intend rewriting my ielts and i have a pgd cert in progress. I used d crs to simulate my score and i have 454. I'm thinking of doing French to boost my score because no 1 knws wia wat d drw scores wud be in d future, but i dont know anything about it.

1. How can i prepare for french? Prob a class i can attend to help me so i can write the tef exam. Those that wrote the exam, pls how did u do it? Help a sister biko.
2. I had my baby in us. Pls ll i use her us passport as her ID or i need to get a Nigerian p? because i read a post in part 1 where some1 wrote she ll b using the baby's nigerian p. (Jus planning ahead based on d donkey years it takes to get nigerian p at immigration).

ok Thanks

For those I've worked with who had similar issues, I simply attached a copy of the affidavit while faxing the degree to WES with a little background explanation.

Kindly help in looking into the Job Descriptions below please.
Considering NOC 1221, is it up to 70% match?
Any other NOC suggestions?

Thanks for your time.

Your duties match with NOC 1221.

I can see where the confusion is.

I don't think 6221 will fly as your JD lacks these 3 lines that I think are critical:
Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment
Develop and maintain technical product or service knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about goods or services

6411 which looks to be a better fit is NOC C.

Do you supervise a team of salespersons?

babiechic:

Spot on. I was just going to mention this. The JD is more 6411 than 6221.

I don’t supervise a team of salespersons oh! But I actually consult with clients after sales to see if they have further complaints or not. NOC C KE! Ah I’m super worried

Good evening fam, I am in a bit of dilemma.

Please what are the consequences of quitting ones job before getting PR?

So I am seriously thinking about quitting my current job which I used to claim points; I actually accepted the appointment May last year because I needed to meet up to three years working experience, which I got a couple of months ago before entering the pool in March. At the time of filling my EE application, I decided to continue working at this place until April( this month) when I will clock one year at the job, so I used it as current job.

I have read instances where they ask for payslips/bank deposits ADR covering the entire period you are using to claim points, which would become a problem if someone quits and don't inform CIC and I have also read how quitting a job led to one brother going to Accra for interview because he resigned and informed CIC.

Someone advised me to hang in at my current place of work but the truth is the working condition is terrible and depressing. Getting up to three years work experience is what motivated me to stay on the job this long and considering there is no fixed duration of PR processing, I wouldn't really want to keep living like this.

I wouldn't want to complicate my application and that's why I am here to ask for advice. Thank you all.

If you have 3years work experience already, I don't see what the problem is. If the work is depressing you, better leave it. Your application would be just fine.

Hello, respected seniors in the house. I need urgent response. My sibling is a Canadian Citizen and we don't get along in anyway humanely possible, because of this I did not declare him in our EE profile and he did same too before he became Canadian Citizen by not declaring me as sibling too, but went ahead to declare my other siblings. Now I want to understand would there be a misrepresentation for not declaring him in our EE profile as we have received ITA in the last draw without claiming sibling points. (My wife is the primary applicant) and I am non-accompanying spouse for now owing to a big project I am handling. Family of 4. All other documents are ready for submission and wait for upfront medical.

As long as you have at least the minimum POF needed for your family size in it, yes you can.

You can access what you have filled during the eAPR on your profile.
To check what was filled in your cic profile, Replace documentsToSubmit.do with applicationChecklist.do and hit enter.

Or, simply copy and paste this below link in your url after logging in to your MyCIC account and checking the uploaded documents, press enter (maybe on another tab) :

Compare it with what you want to fill now.

Okay. I think it's fine if you don't supervise. It clearly says, "May supervise....".

Sadly, your duties still do not cover a considerable portion of 6221.

Hello guys. Please is there a way to remove a certificate (ICAN) from WES and include a different one (ATS) after I have commenced the application process and sent stuff like WAEC results and University transcript already? If you could point me to pages on this current thread and past threads where I can find this info I'll gladly read up.

Your JD appears to resonate with 1123 ( Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing) Since you report to the corporate communications manager it can't therefore be 0124( Managers in Ad, PR and Mkt).

@beeodun, @ladymarshall kindly confirm.
