Beyond scaling thru visa hurdle, the bigger challenge is avoiding going out of status (being an illegal immigrant) due to insufficient funds and inability to pay up for your program. Think deeply on the future before you.

To answer your question, anybody can be your sponsor, but once the identity is not your parent, you have some job to do convincing your interviewing officer.

1)Pay your SEVIS fee.It is $200. Your I-20 contains details you can use for that. If you need someone on this platform to help you pay the fee, please send a message to Texrem or Walspring.
2) You would have to pay the visa application fee, it is #59200 at GTB and get a receipt.
3) Use that receipt to book your visa interview.
4) Prepare for your interview, read previous transcripts on this thread, learn from their mistakes and smart replies. Draft your own transcript, submit it here for evaluation(if you wish). You can also humbly request mock interviews from the gurus here.
