LOL the cost of SSD is 4 times more expensive than a HDD but it depends if you looking for speed and performance or just hard disk space.

It's simple,tell him to flash the display BIOS ( he should clean the ME region )

That's one of the symptoms of a corrupt ME region.

Motherboard shutdown at a specific timing.

I have taken it to da guy twice now but same prob persist. He adviced me to change the motherboard, that the processor is bad and that even the fluid he had been adding to it isnt working. I notice the caplocks light blinking while the charging indicator also turns on white light at the same time even when its not plugged. this happens after the pc must have been on for about 5 seconds. What could be the problem? It's not a screen problem though.

Try to locate the ram and replace it

if you have 2 ram slot change it to the other slot and see what happens.

Change motherboard because the processor is bad? Pavilion g6 doesn't use an onboard processor. Moreover if the processor is bad it won't display at all.

Your laptop will likely shutdown if

1. The coolant (paste) has dried up
2. The heat sink is bad
3. Vent and fan is filled with dust
4. Corrupt ME region

Try change the heat sink and see how it goes.

Hello engineers, pls what's system service exception error? oftentimes my hp Bluetooth will refuse to see any device or connect to it. sometimes Bluetooth will disappear from the laptop. when it happens the error will appear and the system will restart after which the Bluetooth will work normal.

system service execption error as related to your complain is due to outdated or wrong bluetooth driver how ever if some of your window files are corrupt or missing this might also lead to the error.

you can roll back your bluetooth driver and check online for updated driver also you can run SFC to check and fix corrupt system file.

Any flash or external drive I connect with the system, everything in it automatically becomes virus
I have tried some of the things I saw online like the use of the command prompt amidst other, still the virus (USB virus shortcut) remains there.
BTW, I have used smadav, it will scan it, says it has quarantine it, so and behold if put a new flash or something, all will become shortcut immediately.

Am sure the virus is there in your registry, have you tried using eset or kaspersky to scan your system?

Well you need to see a laptop technician,it's a minor issue nothing to worry about.
