OK thanks

The ban is over. Apply and answer truthfully when filling your application. The statutory questions would give you an opportunity to explain the ban. Canada isn't really looking to punish people for past mistakes per say. Be honest in your LOE and prove to them that everything you have submitted is accurate.
@Bolded, nope, no one can really make the ban "go away", but people on here can help/guide you along the way.

PS: Dont forget to pray oh.

Hello...

I have been reading this thread and I have found it interesting but I don’t seem to really find my situation here so I need help

First my spouse is the PA but I got a ban from Canada(2years ban) in 2014 for Study visa and it’s over now because of Misrepresentation. I want to know if this would affect our application or do I need to go through anyone to sort this issue out. Please help me out because it’s been bothering me since morning.

Thank you

Good day seniors,

After filling the questionnaires and while creating a EE profile, I realized that there was no section generated for a dependent child even though I picked family size of 3. I only have sections for the Primary applicant and the accompanying spouse, is this normal please?

Under work history while creating EE profile, do I have to list other jobs I’m not claiming points for? I know that should go into personal history at eAPR stage. How is it done at the pre-ITA stage?

Also, under work history(for SPOUSE) while creating EE profile, do I pick YES and fill the details or just NO. Spouse is self employed. If YES, won’t that mean reference letters would be required at eAPR stage?

Wow, I thought I know all these things but now I’m second guessing everything.

Thanks for your time.

For the bolded, it might be problematic if you get huge inflows into your account after an ADR. It will reflect in the SOA you are presenting.

In my own case of mis-spelt name, I just mailed wes and they corrected and sent me a new report 3 weeks after.
mowoyele:
Did you send the affidavit to WES for them to correct
or that affidavit is for subsequent submissions for express entry?

You mailed them via the contact form, or through a particular e-mail ad

However, I contacted them via the contact form and am awaiting a response.

Also did the new report come with a different ECA no from the first ?

ITA: February
AOR: April

So any group where I can ask questions and at the same time proffer solutions is fine.
Thanks

Adunnee:

Hi, I think the docs you submitted as POF are sufficient. When was your AOR? I think you should join AOR group instead of ITA group since you are post-AOR

PROOF OF FUNDS

I used only statement of account.
Wrote LOE for a large sum of money deposited into my account.
The money came from my other investment, so I attached the MoU for my investment.
I highlighted in yellow when the initial fund entered my account and when I transferred the cash to the company.

Wow congrats,

Can you please explain more on dis proof of funds part.

Please don't be offended, i want to know because I thought you need the money to be in your account until all security checks is done?

just your pgd. However you might need the ECAof your bsc depending on your career path.
I don't think that's correct, he/she needs to evaluate both. Only if it's an MSC or MBA is when only the highest degree will be evaluated.

Yes you need to fill all. Also attach an LOE to explain the time overlaps in your activity, this is not necessary if you don't want to. I did that cos my PH is quite complicated as my restless self did and is still doing too many activities all at once. I once read a PPR story here where the person was asked to provide LOE for time overlaps in personal history.

Thanks our LadyGeneral . LOE , like , I was studying part for a diploma or PGD program while I was working full time between so so and so time . thanks once more.

@iaamtmguy I believe the OP is trying to claim 2 or more certificates, which means the evaluation body would have to evaluate both certificates.
The ranking goes like this Bachelors -> 2 or more -> Maters -> PHD

As pgd isn't on the same level as a Masters degree, the evaluation body would have to evaluate both the BSC and PGD to give the Canadian equivalent ie "2 or more degrees".
If the OP had a masters degree, then they'd evaluate that alone.

ITA: 3/10/2018 (CRS 462)
AOR: 8/10/2018
MED PASSED/BIL: 7/11/2018

ADR: 21/3/2019
IP2: 18/4/2019
PPR: 23/4/19
FAMILY SIZE: 3
VO: Accra, AVO for short!

Life was a lot better in the AVO group as we saw we weren't alone. My information was updated on the group's spreadsheet and whenever I viewed the sheet and saw 2017 AOR still waiting, I would almost want to start crying! The group had different amazing personalities and there were always lots of permutations with different analogies of how Accra process applications. The very popular one being that AVO has a window period from January to March and with this we were hopeful.
Congratulations!!!
@ the bolded, does it mean AVO doesn't attend to PR applications or issue PPR between May and December?

OD, MBBS or PharmD @ professional degree??

Wow! Thanks for sharing. @Johnnybravo kindly raise that CSE asap. With the stress you went through for POF, I wouldn't want simple ECA to be an obstacle for you. Prevention is better than cure.

Thanks. I just raised it.

Topsmamen:

Thanks. I just did. I hope they receive and review the uploaded ECA copy in time since my expected MEP/biometrics date is in 5 days time. Why una nor tell me since say na like so the process easy. wink. Lol

beabeasquare:
Please, I am begging you, please use CSE to upload the ECA certificate ASAP before your R10 completion is done. Someone on a WhatsApp group I am got rejection last week and the rejection mail stated that the ECA certificate (credential) is missing. Find attached.

Thanks so much.
