Please I need help regarding processing of passport at Alausa Passport Office, Ikeja. Capturing was done like 3 months back, but passport is yet to be collected as they keep complaining about lack of material. I do not know if anybody can assist with any connection to resolve this matter. This has been stalling my wife's ECA.

Thank you so much.

Quick one please, I want to claim work experience from my NYSC. I served in Nigeria Prisons Service over 5years ago. But the issue is that most of the staff that I know then have been transferred to different locations and some are retired.
How can I get a reference letter to that effect? I can provide bank statement for monthly stipends paid by the federal government for 11 months duration.

And which NOC will it fall under?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by raphrulz: 9:46am On May 03, 2019
Thanks for this and your efforts.

But i can bet you... people will still ask the same questions just two or threee pages ahead.

Our people don't like to research or find out things themselves. People prefer to be told what to do. E for even better if people don research, com ask for clarification where required... but no oo... once a person lands to the thread, they start asking questions.

Afterall, there is a page 1 that is well hyperlinked and labelled.

Thanks all the same for your efforts.

God bless you.

odogwudozilla:
So,

I have been thinking about how to make it easier for everyone to refer to posts that made the most impact without having to ask the same questions over and over again. In my view, the posts that make the most impact will generate the most "likes" since it means it resonated with the readers. However, these posts are scattered throughout the pages in the thread, which kind of makes it hard to get to them one by one.

As my way of doing something about it, I wrote a script that scrapes through the data on the thread, collates the (50) posts with the most "likes". Below are the direct links to the respective posts. Enjoy.

Thanks for the response.

Stencil:
Your NOCs do not have to be in the same field. For example, you can be a tailor and the president and then a professional whistle blower.. as long as they fulfill these conditions
1. Paid
2. In NOC O,A,B
3. One year continuous experience in one of them
Etc..
I might be missing some details but you can combine NOCs in different fields.

Thanks a lot

DadR:
Sweat no more! Please go ahead to add your one year NYSC experience provided it falls under NOC O, A or B.

You can combine two or more NOCs so far they fall under the categories listed above.

Your ITA is sure in the next draw, congratulations in advance!

Thanks a lot. I'll do just that.

majamisile:

Just as @dadr has suggested go ahead and add the experience as that is your golden ticket. You don't need to make the job description look like that of your current job, just state the right job roles in your reference letter and get it signed. If you are finding it hard to determine your NOC, just post your job descriptions on here and be sure you will get help from the wonderful people on here. All the best!
