Igbos had the officers, but majority of them were killed
In the July counter coup... Biafrans didn't have the weapons to effectively prosecute a war against Nigeria(it was just sheer determination and courage that made the war last that long) ... and the North always had more infantry soldiers than the other ethnic groups like we see today, read up about the war and stop sounding ignorant.
