LoL! Symbiotes can bypass subzero. Electro in his anti-matter form can do same. Last time i checked, the only DC villain that can achieve subzero on a consistent basis is Captain Cold. KGBeast is a non factor. Kraven, Scorpion or the Lizard are more than capable of taking him out. LMFAO!!

Tower of babel or just the killing joke will give you a lil glimpse of what joker and ra's can do with prep...they are almost on the level of lex if not the same sef when it comes to plotting....one whole month is overkill for them

You're acting like Osborn, Ock, Kraven, Fisk to name just a few would be doing nothing throughout that month. Ra's has unimaginable resources, i'll give you that. But Fisk & Octavius have their own resources as well. The Hobgoblin also has his own global supervillain franchise consisting of villains from other rogues galleries. Not to mention unlike Bat rogues, Spider rogues have to deal with a guy that has a healing factor, inhuman agility, can flip cars and rhino tanks and can move a whole building with a finger flick(can't remember where i saw it but it was awesome. And you can look it up)

Batvillains are cool and all but they just can't keep up. Prep will only buy them more time and better chances but ultimately they won't be able to handle the vastness of abilities, range and power from the other end.
