The only way Juggernaut could put Doomsday down (possibly for good) is if he has access to 100% of the Gem of Cyttorak's power (Trion Juggernaut). In that case, it's either BFR, some sort of sheer will magic, or a reality warping beating that erases Doomsday from existence.

Juggernaut with 100% of Cyttorak's power has never really been fully explored, but considering he's an avatar to a pretty powerful god (with magical abilities), I think his top end blows away Doomsday's.
