2. It depends on the country. Different countries have different formats. My foreign PPCs were not even addressed to Canada. But they are standard formats of a PCC for immigration. OluwaFavored: |

Good evening everyone. Please i need some advice on these. 1. I am about to enter the pool. Would i need my job reference for this stage? Or its when i am apply for the PR (ITA) 2. My POF is complete now. Can i buy Tbills with it? Would that be recognised as my POF? Or it's better i leave the money in my account like that. I know Tbills makes me more money but would that affect my POF? Thanks and God bless you all. |

Please make una help because spouse’s past mistake is about to hunt us down. Spouse was refused US visa and he indicated that he was married whereas it was a lie. How do we indicate this in our application. For those who have gotten PPR and had similar issue, please also help me. Congratulations to our new Canada permanent residents. May God favour you all. |

My people! I answered YES to the serious medical question (the last of the statutory questions, because I have an ulcer, but I explained that it was not serious o but still wanted to be truthful, and felt my medical exam would be a final authority on the matter, (chai! What was I thinking?) Just now, I saw a website that said the bolded below: There is a section on the Canadian application form that asks of your criminal background, association with war crimes, genocide, having any serious illness like HIV, Hepatitis B or other communicable diseases etc. Mostly, its advisable to reply NO to each of these questions, since a YES answer even with explanations MIGHT deem you inadmissible to Canada. I have gotten my medical exam results post-AOR from the hospital and they were fine, nothing serious. But since I answered YES to the medical question, what do I do? Should I raise CSE to tell CIC I am supposed to answer NO? Will I be rejected? I'm awaiting MEP/BIL 1 Like |

1. Best to get it now. It might take longer than you think. 2. Yes TBills cert is acceptable as POF as long as it is same or more than the statutory amount for the number of your family Sam07045: |

The correspondence must refer to an application submitted pre-EE, before May 4, 2013 or the VO was confused. Section 75(2) of the IRPR does not specify the work hours required: "(2) A foreign national is a skilled worker if (a) within the 10 years before the date on which their application for a permanent resident visa is made, they have accumulated, over a continuous period, at least one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in the occupation identified by the foreign national in their application as their primary occupation, other than a restricted occupation, that is listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;" https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/page-17.html That is done is Section 73(1): "full-time work means at least 30 hours of work over a period of one week. (travail à temps plein)" https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-73.html The law was changed on May 4, 2013: "For FSW applications received on or after May 4, 2013 Pursuant to R73(1), “full-time work” means at least 30 hours of work over a period of one week, and pursuant to R73(2), “work” means an activity for which wages are paid or commission is earned. For FSW applications received before May 4, 2013 Pursuant to R80.7, “full-time work” means at least 37.5 hours of work over a period of one week. The full-time work experience requirement for applicants in the Federal Skilled Worker Class may be met by the equivalent in part-time paid work experience (e.g., more than one part-time job held simultaneously or one or more part-time jobs held over the equivalent of at least one year of full-time work). However, the part-time work experience must have been accumulated over a continuous period pursuant to R75(2)(a)." https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/terms-definitions-related-permanent-residence.html#f Ifeoma77: 3 Likes |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by joo2018: 7:38pm On May 08, 2019 |
Open a new profile and send a mail to SINP with your details, explaining what happened. Your hubby must have made a mistake while reviewing the profile which caused same saved data to get lost. The EE system does not keep data. Once you open a form you have submitted before, it immediately opens it for editing. If you leave the form without cross-checking that all your information as still intact, the data might be lost. Bonne chance. Shanzzy: 2 Likes 1 Share |
