Thank you very much!

I also have T.bills certificate from another account that i bought in March. Can i add that as POF .
Would i need to show a bank statement for that account or the Treasury bills certificate is ok?

you can use it.

you don't need to show bank statement for any of them. just your t-bills and gift deed would suffice

Thank you so much.

Open a new profile and send a mail to SINP with your details, explaining what happened.

Your hubby must have made a mistake while reviewing the profile which caused same saved data to get lost. The EE system does not keep data. Once you open a form you have submitted before, it immediately opens it for editing. If you leave the form without cross-checking that all your information as still intact, the data might be lost.

Bonne chance.

From September 1 2016 - September 1 2019 will be 3 years in the same role, if you're not in a hurry, you can apply in September after she clocks 3 years.

Thank you for your response.

Hi, NOC 1241 for Admin Assistants - e.g. Private Secretary which is her actual job role.
She should recheck to see most of her job roles align with the duties under this NOC.

Yes, she can claim points for the two roles so far they fall under NOC 0, A or B.
Hope this helps.

Thanks..

Please can you help me find an NOC that is closely related to her job role as a relationship officer?

Her job description is

Duties of the Relationship Officer

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers both wholesalers and retailers
• Managing key customers accounts and processing customer orders
• Conducting business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with their products and services.
• Identify new opportunities and follow up new leads to further sales
• Letting customers know about other products the company offers
• Achieving customer relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales..
• Monitoring company performance against competition

PPR Post!!!

I specifically created a login just to post my PPR gist. I have been reading FOC since grin

Mark (February); Middle of vacation Feb 22nd, gba gam! I saw Accra Famous 5 request, I don't think anyone has completed POF the way I did. I swear down, my POF was back to 120% within 6hours from receiving the letter. I delayed though and didn't sent my response until I returned in March.

Luke....Jude (March - April): Silence, even though lots of people were celebrating PPR, I started fearing oh and criticizing my own application. In fact I told all my friends that we would be denied. I had already started calculating WES cost to convert hubby's foreign certificates as our scores would have dropped due to my age increasing and that would bring it back up, so we could reapply.

Revelation (May 7th 11:11am): donotreply@cic popped up on my browser and on logging in, finally finally finally. However we have been constrained to travel before medicals expires shocked

Thats my PPR Story 9MONTHS AND 11DAYS. The Lord has Favored me indeed.
congrats!

Thank you for sharing your story. people would fall over themselves to favour you.

* Schedule A
* Additional family info
*Updated POF
*Bank statements showing salary deposits, and
* Pay slips

if someone uses Tbills of say 6months maturity and you get the Famous 5, about 4months to tbills maturity, will one still re-upload the same tbills cert for updated POF

Sorry for the late response.
I am not married and about the ppa, they closed down the school so now way to get a reference letter.

iaatmguy:
are you married? if yes, what qualifications does your wife have? tweak the crs tool, by using one year experience, instead of three years. However you would have to get reference letter from your PPA.

I cannot proceed with the express entry process?

What other alternatives do I have to pursue?

Hi, your NOC is a C.

Currently, the FSW is for NOC 0, A and B.

The correspondence must refer to an application submitted pre-EE, before May 4, 2013 or the VO was confused.

Section 75(2) of the IRPR does not specify the work hours required:

"(2) A foreign national is a skilled worker if

(a) within the 10 years before the date on which their application for a permanent resident visa is made, they have accumulated, over a continuous period, at least one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time work, in the occupation identified by the foreign national in their application as their primary occupation, other than a restricted occupation, that is listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;"
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/page-17.html

That is done is Section 73(1):
"full-time work means at least 30 hours of work over a period of one week. (travail à temps plein)"
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-73.html

The law was changed on May 4, 2013:
"For FSW applications received on or after May 4, 2013

Pursuant to R73(1), “full-time work” means at least 30 hours of work over a period of one week, and pursuant to R73(2), “work” means an activity for which wages are paid or commission is earned.

For FSW applications received before May 4, 2013

Pursuant to R80.7, “full-time work” means at least 37.5 hours of work over a period of one week.

The full-time work experience requirement for applicants in the Federal Skilled Worker Class may be met by the equivalent in part-time paid work experience (e.g., more than one part-time job held simultaneously or one or more part-time jobs held over the equivalent of at least one year of full-time work). However, the part-time work experience must have been accumulated over a continuous period pursuant to R75(2)(a)."

You're preaching to the choir Joo, I'm completely in support of team 30hours/week is full time. But these VOs sometimes make decisions based on parameters we're not even aware of.
My point in sharing is for people to err on the side of caution and ensure their reference letters account for more than enough hours.
And no, that correspondence was sent in 2019 not pre-EE

A new job or department in which the profession falls under NOC 0, A or B.

or if you have a side skill that falls under the Federal Skill Trades Program, you can try that route. Read about it here

PPR Post!!!

I specifically created a login just to post my PPR gist. I have been reading FOC since grin

Background: Been hearing about Canada migration since 2016, but didn't follow up because work was sweeting me. Then we had a massive layoff in our office in 2017 and even though I wasn't affected, it shook my soul. I decided in January 2018 that lai lai I will get Canada pally even if I don't use it.

Genesis: January 2018, I started by opening a mutual funds account in my daughters name and moved all my savings into it. In February, I checked CRS calculator and realized that as PA, my husband didn't need to do anything and we would get a score of 451. Then I decided I would do Wes from March Salary, IELTS from April Salary and hopefully apply in July and get our pally before December (God laughed at my puny plans). All these stories, I didn't tell my husband oh. After all, he did not need to do chin chin.

Exodus: Started WES oh, didn't know that I did not need to verify Naija cert since I had foreign Masters. I started Uniben wahala, as usual "Madam, we don't have your transcript". I couldn't believe it, which transcript did you send to the school abroad when I did Masters, they were looking at me as if to say when you finish your confusion, you will sort it out. I sha paid about 30k and got it sent to WES within 6 weeks, meanwhile oyinbo school had sent to WES within 1 week. For IELTS, I got exam date of May 12th, aced first attempt with LWSR - 9,7.5,8,9. I was on a roll (or so I thought). Jumped into the pool in June and got ITA immediately by June 25th (ghen ghen!!!). At this point, hubby was aware and just watching me as if to say "well done oh".

Leveticus: I guess I didn't do thorough research, because part of my mind was still in Naija, getting promotions at work with salary increase. When all the placeholders appeared, I saw placeholders for 3 foreign police reports for hubby and I (Yepa!!!). I had to start that research, finally able to pay for it and they said it would take 3 weeks. I sha wanted to ensure I submit before the whole biometrics tingy would be implemented. So within that 3 weeks, I did naija police report, did medicals at IOM July 5th and started filling the forms. I am not a patient person, I wasn't thorough with filling the forms, I couldn't remember all the information of where I lived in the last 10yrs, bla bla. I was just filling my parents house address. Hubby could not remember his either, I was calling my inlaws to confirm stuff about him. Finally, everything was complete and POF sorted (a lot of garri was soaked to complete POF as entire months salaries were just being shook inside the mutual funds account).

Numbers: July 26th, I submitted application oh and started planning for December movement (God definitely was chuckling quite loudly at this point).

Deuteronomy: Medicals passed Aug 15th cool (3 weeks from AOR)

Joshua...Malachi (Sept - Dec): Dead Silence

Matthew (January): 6 months elapsing, raised CSE to find out Visa office and was told Accra. I just decided to forget it and started planning a vacation. I cannot comangoand kill myself. My friends asked what would happen if I were told to bring my passport while away, I Yimu'd them and continued my plans for Feb vacation. Even had the temerity to take from my POF to pay for ticket and accommodation (is it CIC's moneyrme).

Good evening everyone, please am finding it difficult to search for my NOC code, I have used the website someone sent but I couldn't find anything. Let me explain, my company is into supply and maintenance of fire equipment, refilling of fire extinguisher, sales and installation of industrial fire alarm system, technical and oil tools, safety wears of all types, marine equipment and general contacts and I work as a cashier and as a sales person. Please what is my Noc code?

The office that sent your transcript is supposed to respond to WES that the documents are genuine. so try and find out who does that. If you no longer find the "said message" on your page, then it means your school has responded.
