[quote author=FaskRolce post=78280463] My hubby did but can't remember how long it took. It was sent to the Canadian address we used and was also sent to our own address here in Nigeria. We didn't receive any call before it was delivered. We just got home and met it with the gateman. Thanks a lot for the reply. How long did it take to get to Nigeria? |

No you don't require ITA. But it is a good idea that you book it close to when your ITA would come, you can tell this from your CRS score and the draw trends (except CIC shocks us with a surprise/delayed draw). Meds are the first docs to expire so it's best to book it last. psalmizt: |

Samlokosm:Takes a little over two weeks and while the Nipost delivery is efficient, you might have to go to your nearest post office to ask - especially if your address is hard to trace. |

If it’s Q-life, they’ll ask you to send a copy of your ITA before booking the appointment for you but I believe this might be different for IOM. psalmizt: |

Please help a sister, in my EE profile i wrote 45 hours as the time put in to work but my hr insists that its 40 hours my letter would carry. He couldnt explain why but i figured out that maybe those 5 hours amount to break time Please how do i go about this as i am unable to edit my profile post ITA. Also is there anything to be done differently if one if the dependant (child) is an American. Lastly, please is there any whatsapp group i can join? I feel all alone, i need someone to hold me by the hand. I have too many questions to ask. Please help. |

Heartduchess:a letter of explanation would be enough for the discrepancy in the working hours. just state his/her nationality, i don't think there is anything to be done pre AOR for American citizen. |

Samlokosm: I evaluated my hubby's Master's with ICES. Ours wasn't delivered to Nigeria, I used a friend's address in PEI and it took 9days via standard mail. And no, ICES didn't call me, I sent them a mail some days after the scheduled date and they confirmed it had been dispatched a week earlier and there's no tracking number for standard mail. You can google Canada post. On their site, they have information about expected delivery dates for different locations, so that u'll know when to be on the lookout. I hope this helps. |

Callioge: This is just one of the struggles we see in life. I will be ready for you come 1 June. I will assist you with your writing. I may not be able to help you much in reading except for for a few tips I have for the long passage section(numbers 28-40), but let us see how it goes come June. From now onwards, anyone who will want my assistance or coaching in IELTS writing will please have to hold on until 1 June. By then I should have cleared some people off the coaching log. I am so sorry you have to wait; to get the best out of IELTS candidates, it really takes some time in most cases, and I am most efficient in my tutoring when I handle a limited number of candidates for a period of time. A coaching fee may apply in some cases(especially for those that want continuous everyday reviews) to cover my data usage and my inconveniences, but do not be discouraged by that. Just try to get in touch, and I will see how I can be of help to you. 24 Likes |

Good day everyone. I am thinking of starting the Canadian PR process. I tried to read the thread but it's a whole lot. I don't know where to start from. Please can someone tell me if I stand a chance to even start the process? I am in my thirties. I have an HND in Mechanical engineering. I have never worked as an engineer. But I was into the soft side of property management for about 8years as a secretary. What must I do to be suitable to start the process. I presume I must have about 8,000 Canadian dollars? That is not an issue for me. Please kindly help me with info. Thanks in advance |
