I've observed we have a lot of Dany fans on this thread. Look, you people should stop painting her to be the best thing since sliced bread because she's not.

And don't forget that the people of King's Landing are not in chains, they are not slaves neither are they suffering like that, but no because she believes she's the chosen ruler of Westeros and bla bla, she'll stop at nothing to sit on the throne. Someone tell the breaker of chains that the people of Westeros are not in chains, they don't need saving and if you really want to rule them as the good ruler you say you are, you'll either find another way to do it or f*cking go back to Mereen, not rain fire on them.

You don't need the Great Houses to conquer any region. There are some Houses that usurp the supremacy of the Great Houses in their regions. Like the Freys to the Tullys or the Boltons to the Starks.

P. S. And to think that she was going to execute Jamie for killing her father,a man who burnt people alive with wildfire for no reason.

This is a woman who killed and hung the slave masters of Yunkai/Astapor/Mereen (can't remember) because they did the same to slaves, and she called it justice (and I agree).

Same woman burnt a father and son alive for refusing to kneel.

Painting Dany as someone coming to save the people of Westeros is not a good idea to be honest.

Personally, I feel it's just about having a blood right to the throne. That's all it should be about. Westeros is not the so-called free cities, and in this case, yes she can Dracarys their asses.

To answer your question, she is not entirely selfish. She is entitled yes. She fought alongside the north because she felt it was the right thing to do. She didn't need their support, she had an army and three dragons, she could've conquered the whole bloody seven kingdoms if she wanted but she choose to offer them the chance to bend the kneel and subjugate themselves.

She has made some sacrifices, that is not something selfish people do.
