Has anyone been able to book an appointment with the embassy? Cos I sent a mail at around 11.05am yesterday and I got a response that my application cannot be fulfilled due to limited capacity by the consular

Please guys...I saw the medical travel insurance at about 30,000 euroes. I noticed no one has been talking about that amount. Can someone help shed some light on that. Thanks.

Why is booking an appointment this very difficult? I sent a mail to book an appointment at exactly 9.00am but I got the below:

Imagine, set alarm for 8.59am and have set the message ready I only pressed send button at exactly 9.00am only for me to get a response that due to limited capacity and have been wondering that is there any capacity at all before.

Maybe someone should enlighten us on how to go about it because am seriously worried. I even sent a mail to them to complain and there is no response till now I also call the embassy to complain too but the guy there was not polite with his response at all. Someone should please help us with advise on how to go about it.
