Sorry about your refusal.

1. What documents did you use to support your business establishment other than tax receipt and cac certificate.... any licence or registration from a regulatory body, asset valuation, does your company have an online presence? Etc.

2. The transactions in the month of submission, did it tally with the previous months? And whats the longest duration the funds stayed in the account?

3. Your company account show any overdraft or loan facility?

4. Your income in your place of work tally with the documents you provided,? Because the vo might be wondering how you earn let's say 100k per month and have millions in your company account. And might feel you overstated hence "Personal assets" and think you're just looking to hype your portfolio for visa purposes.

Okonkwobestman1:
One important factor to consider while applying to schools is to meticulously read the admission requirements. Another thing is to meet those requirements. Career/course progression ,i.e if previous study is related to the prospective program, also plays a role in school admission.

I applied at Mun with a cgpa of 3.80,mechanical engrg. for oil and gas engineering , they declined with the reason of competitiveness amidst meeting all the requirements for admission, after much email exchanges with reasons that I should be considered, if fell on deaf ears instead they suggested two other programs for me. I had to go back to drawing board, worked on my sop, other prerequisites and re-fired, so was accepted afterwards.
Your SOP plays a vital role as much as your long term and short term goals. We have to be courteous while arranging our application documents.
I'm still wondering why someone would be rejected of Five, like FIVE applications in different schools. haba

That one even pass village sef, dem no reach abeg.
I would hve ignore this message but I have to enlighten you on some things not everything is village people so many times comes into play in Canadian school admission
1) your cgpa
2) the number of applicant
3) the competition in that particular course you do realize that they are some courses that are more in hot demand than other's...
4) the institution and where it is located..
You should know, Mun is located at New foundland which is extremely cold and no much competiton there as to compare with uni in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia and Alberta provinces. A friend of mine applied to several uni he got denied, he got admission in a college to study culinary skills management today his earning 28000 Canadian dollars a year and his still a student... So bros not everything na village people thank you...

Morning everyone.

While filling the study permit questionnaire, do you have to enter N/A in each boxes not applicable to you or just at the top of that section?

Good morning friends. Please it’s been 4months since I submitted my application (paper route). Thanks to everyone who have in one way or the oother helped me. Please I really do not know what to do again, missed resumption and had to defer to September 2019.
AApplied Jan23
Medical request April 2
Medical passed April 18
Biometric correspondence May 6
However there’s been no update since then neither have I gotten my passport back. Got a response to a webform I sent saying “ your application has been finalized “ on 7th of May. I have tried calling vfs countless times but it’s not been going through. I want to withdraw the application but I was told I can’t since the application has been finalized. Please I don’t know the next step to take, I need all suggestions whatsoever. Thank you

I thought since it's on scholarship that everything pertaining monetary aspect of the process will be paid for the aspirant, that the only money i will have is bta(which is around 500k)and cash for groceries
Honestly i don't have anybody to support me financially,as my parents ain't financially bouyant buh if i hustle for a year,i can save close to 450k

Good day everyone, can someone please help me with these two questions:

1) Does anyone know from practical situation about University of Calgary refund policy. I've read their policy and also contacted them and they said they refund fees if visa is denied, except the 500CAD non refundable fee. I just want to know if anyone has had problem with them before in that aspect.

2) There was a time I was hearing in this forum that Nairobi VOs don't have joy via refusal rate sometime last year as they were handling paper application then. Please I want to know if both paper and online are done the same place now as I want to apply via paper.

Answers will be very appreciated.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Bracha: 9:22am On May 18, 2019
I'd have expected you to link your paper application to an online account already, bit from what you said it seems you haven't done that. I'll advise you do so ASAP, to know the status of your application. If the linking isn't successful, just go to VFS Global like that, with the receipt you were given.

Good luck.
