Nairobi master plan 1947.Then 1973.Then 2014.That was largely adhered to...which why many cities have tried to copy Nairobi..the city with everything.

It looks better but it is not developed. There is too much poverty there like in Nigeria. Ghana with a smaller population has a bigger GDP than Tanzania. The Tanzanian system is a facade and a great example of how not to run a country.
