The one reason why I think Ferguson is the greatest manager is the fact that he coached teams who reached the peak of their powers, faded out and from the scratch he rebuilt again and took them to the peak. You wonder why Pep, Mou and Klopp don't continue on their job after winning the UCL? They know how difficult it is to maintain that level especially when the key cog of the team is past it.
