Not you na. I'm shading some others e.g @wasseynewest and others who have moved on grin

Topsmamen:

Lol. I saw a missed call from my bro-in-law a few days ago, I called him back and explained that i was in a meeting and he was like, “ah bro. Meeting? You’re still attending meetings? Is there still anything for you to contribute at work?” grin. Work life remains the same so they don’t renege on my contract and withhold my end-of-service benefits o. Lol.

Lmao! Ladymarshall, who no send who?

Our (my wife and I)decision to relocate to Canada was based on many factors. We were also motivated by our siblings in the diaspora who are soaring high in their various fields.

In closing, At every stage you find yourself in be it ITA, AOR, ECA, re writing IELTS, awaiting PPR etc just keep pushing and understand you are a step closer to your goal. Delay is not denial, it will end in praise.

Yes use LRWS 8777. That's the minimum you need.

or LRWS 8.5 8 7.5 7.5 That's the maximum you need

Ladywinterfell:

Can I go ahead and calculate my CRS score when I haven’t sat for IELTS? Because I left that link when they asked for my IELTS score

Are you sure? BRB.. Let me calculate and see.

Edit: I got 429 using 3 years of work experience and 8777. How many years (including NYSC) have you worked?

@bolded grin grin grin it's the spirit of God, He leadeth you to greener pastures grin sometimes his ways are beyond our powers grin

Anyways, NYSC experience is valid as work experience. It is not a difficulty. People have gotten PPR with NYSC experience. Read all about it here https://www.nairaland.com/search?q=nysc+experience+express+entry&search=Search

If you have only B.Sc, you need another certification/french exam (if you speak one) to claim more points, read more about it under the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION section page 1 of this thread here https://www.nairaland.com/5187408/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled#78386492 , check the 6th point, How to increase your CRS Point

Good that you're preparing for IELTS, you need at least LWRS 8777. Read more about work experience and NOC on page 1 under ELIGIBILITY and THE BASIC PROCESS section here https://www.nairaland.com/5187408/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled#78386475

Yodexy:
Hello, does anyone have an advice for me.

I'm concluding my NYSC next month. I have no job or skill, owing to the fact that I'm an agriculture student and it goes without saying that I spend all my time on agric related issues.

For reasons beyond my powers, I find myself preparing for IELTS.

Now my questions?

How do I sort the work experience aspect?

Do you know anyone who had the same difficulty as myself.

How did they handle it, where they successful?

Your score will only increase if you are SINGLE and not spouse accompanying. Try and input single and see what score you'll get.

boladet:
hello fellow nairalanders, i just removed my spouse from accompanying to non accompanying , since he has not done wes and his ielts score was not good, however this did not improve my score , it still remains at 405 i was told it will increase my score or should i still hold on, maybe the increase is not immediate.

I understand what you mean but putting single is misrepresentation that can lead to a ban undecided

Hello people, I used treasury bills from another bank but mine does not contain that clause or disclaimer. Just stated the investment details and the nominees and it will be governed by applicable Nigerian laws.

Mine matures in November. It's about 50% of my pof. Do you think I should get a confirmation letter from the bank that I can sell off before maturity or it's better to just liquidate and put in fixed deposit.

This VO are suspecting people are borrowing the money to do pof.

Kindly advise.

Fear not. Besides liquidating and fixing the money won't erase the suspicions (if any) of a visa officer.

So if ordinarily he scores 10/10 you'll add 1 bonus mark to make it 11/10? undecided

Please, someone that has an Msc already, by doing this course can he claim point for two or more certificate?

Any particular reason why you want to do that? An MSc. will give you more points than two or more certificates.

Hello POF gurus, I have a question please.
My wife is the primary applicant, but I intend to provide the proof of funds. Challenge is I don't have enough cash to transfer to her account. But there is more than enough funds from my RSA (25%) and treasury bills investments. So can I provide letter from my PFA and t-bill certificate, then do a notarized document stating she has access to my liquidated funds? Would that work?

IELTS
This was done with BCIE which wasn’t a smooth sail for me. I didn’t study much cos I felt it would be a walk in the park since it’s ‘english’ but I didn’t know ielts had plans to humble me. Score was SLWR 7,6.5.6.5,7. My wife passed hers! I wasn’t deterred. I immediately registered with MOD and took the test 1 month later and after much intensified jacking, I passed with the minimum required score 8777.

Thank you @ifeoma77 for your assistance.

please how did you remove your Bsc from the WES account. I want to do that for my spouse. From the WES account page I can see "modify your order". But its only 3 options that I can see,: 1.add recipients
2.order additional copies
3.make changes to your delivery and processing options [quote author=teepee4Him post=78424911]PPR STORY

I decided to remove my ND and HND certificate from my WES account and evaluated my Msc without WAEC.

Ori è wa nbè (you're on point). You just took the word outta my mouth. Albeit Nebosh iDip MIGHT be positive (in my view), as it's equivalent to a degree in the Uk. So, one don't know which of the Nebosh the OP has, it could be the Diploma.

Nebosh, igc, are not considered at all

You have to send wes a web mail from your profile asking them to remove it for you.
