Yes. One tab daily. U can also add Vit E if you can afford it. But why pregnacare plus? I thought it's for pregnant women. Why not go for pregnacare conception if you're ttc?

My sister, I know that is one of the signs of PID, very hard for gynaes to diagnose because it has no consistent symptoms, some people have one symptom & some have another.

But it may be something else.

what did you take ma when you experience it?

@LovethYem
Depends on what exactly you're experiencing and how you want to treat it.

If you want to treat it medically
First you have to do a swab test. Not HVS but ICS(Intra cervical swab) cos thats the only way to isolate what's causing it.
Then take the result to your gynaecologist, they will know the best course of treatment.

You can also treat it the herbal way successfully

hello Mama's in the house, please help me find a route to conception.i have unexplained fertility.last cycle I did TVS last cycle day 12 and pasted in this group and everything was okay but I was concerned that my follicle a bit small at day 12,so I went on clomid 50mg this cycle,I will be doing another tvs tomorrow day 12 of my cycle,I plan to trigger ovulation if my follicle measures 20mm but I would like to know if there are other things I can do make to make conception possible.

I notice that after taking the clomid I became hornier(having sexual desire) everyday like a teen,I don't know if it's normal.

But we got married when pregnancy didn't happen, some month later we visit d doctor and we did series of test my came out well but hubby is azoospermia. He has used herb there was no changes ,hubby didn't use his drug religiously, and i always hurt my mind whenever I see other women with pregnancy bump. And am scared of another woman bringing another Man's child to my husband because he is trying outside . I don't know what to do. Good morning fruitful Mamas

I came across a new procedure that can help menopausal women ovulate and get fertile again, so I did my research to know if its done here in Nigeria and Yes its here but there is a big setback.
The setback is that a gynecologist that can volunteer to try the procedure has not been found yet.
I know the best place to ask is here, please if you can recommend any good gynecologist especially those with IVF experience, it is good.
Their contact will be the best way to get in touch.

Pls, relax your mind and watch it out. Don't take any medication for now except your prenatal supplements and folic acid. Though it's too early to figure out the cause but avoid overstressing yourself. It may be a sign of positive news. I pray it ends well for u dear.

Hi sis, I don't want you to feel ignored. I don't have any answers, mama's that know about Azoospermia will come & help you.

On the issue of religiously using drugs, I personally explain the drug to my hubby when I first get it and then give him by myself whenever he needs to take it, if he travels I pack his bag with the drugs and I still call him at the scheduled time, I'm surprised these days he takes them on his own. What I'm trying to say is you can help him to be consistent.

That aside, you need to get through to your husband somehow, 'trying' outside is so sad, I feel your pain sis and I'm so sorry you're going through this.
The fact that he's having unprotected sex with another person (or people) also puts you are at a great risk for STDs & even HIV.
Try to talk to him or get someone to talk to him so you can put your heads together and find a solution as a couple. You also need to be very prayerful cos it seems to me that your sister-in-law may be backing him up in whatever he's doing, please mama you have to fight this on your knees first most importantly.
