Pls, relax your mind and watch it out. Don't take any medication for now except your prenatal supplements and folic acid. Though it's too early to figure out the cause but avoid overstressing yourself. It may be a sign of positive news. I pray it ends well for u dear.

Hi sis, so sorry for ur loss. May God give u double for your trouble.
From my little knowledge, you have a regular cycle of 30days. The only time it extended its days was in March after which it returned to 30days in April. A womain's cycle may change sometimes due to hormonal changes, stress, or even medications. As your hormonal tests result came out fine, just relax your mind, don't let it bother you. Maybe, your cycle is still trying to regulate itself after d miscarriage as u said.

Sit him down and discuss with him, let him know you both are in this together and that he need to put in his best and that he need to stop trying outside. Hmmm,pls don't tempt or threat a desperate man with the word you will leave him ,one thing we need to understand is that men cheat but we the women have to keep mind off it , if some men of God could cheat on their women then how much less could any other men,pls let your mind tell you positive things we are what we think. Dear mama, the Lord is your strength.
Please be encouraged, don't bring him another man's child, don't be like him. Pray for him and talk to him, take the previous advices, I believe he can change.
Also consider Couples counselling.

Coupled with the fact that we live in different states. Please, what could be the cause of this bleeding? I need help and Google isn't giving me much.

Try & go to a gynae. I think you should have a physical exam, assuming your scans are fine. Mid-cycle bleeding/spotting can have different causes. It's not a guess-work matter.
