From my experience..... hurt stays around when you keep blaming the other person. It goes away quickly when you look yourself in the mirror....and zzk yourself why you did not pay attention to the warning signs. Whatever the cause of the heartbreak.... if you reflect... you will see a string of warnings that you ignored. In this way...you would see how you should've avoided the heart break and now focus on not repeating the same mistakes going forward. Just like that.... you have moved on.
