it is not about cancelling any prayer oga icon.... we are too religious in this country

play like the way we did yesterday against the Ukrainians... watch how we head to the airport fast....

those guys yesterday are clueless in front of their opponent 18 yard box...and you want us to use prayer to progress beyond the group stage...?

I don't want that Aigbogun again as under 20 coach....

You started the prayer thing. In every circumstance try to wish your country well.

Seeing that USA plays a passing game...our best strategy would have to sit back and COUNTER-ATTACK...i see this happen in Spain against Barcelona. Check the games that Barcelona lost

Who else noticed that as the game wore on...the contours of the faces of our players became disfigured..ridges appeared on their faces...they became so old and ugly.....as if they were panting for breath?

How dare you say this ? You mean those 17-19 year old kids that have been caring blocks ,cements and herding cows that made them age fast ? How dare you ? What's the stress level of playing football compared to lifting cement and walking miles to find green pastures for they cows ? Better Behave

Lallana and Sturridge are very much likely to leave this summer . Ox is an injury prone player.. Klopp won't be stupid enough not to get backups for that role...as for Origi he mostly play as a 9 .Only when one of our wing forwards are unavailable that he moves to the flanks...

You are saying the same thing. Origi can play that wing forward role, Ox can play it too, both will easily keep Chuks on the bench. When you analyse think about an ideal case, an ideal case will be that Ox and Origi will both be fit, where does that leave Chuks? 3rd option off the bench.

Lallana isn't moving.

It is more conveniently called best 3rd placed finishers.

There are 6 groups and each group will have a 3rd placed team. From that list, the best 4 based on points, Goals difference, and all other ranking indices will be selected to move to second round.

So all is not lost.

Origi is a bad winger ,origi can't make chuks not to play as far as the flanks is concerned

True talk!!!

Origi is primarily a target man/centre forward. Origi at the wings is a big joke

Lol... you make me laugh.
please wait for the super falcons too...

I just pray they don't go record the highest defeat to be suffered by any female team @the world cup this year...

politics does not interest you...even sports that we used to draw interest from have been hijacked by some big guns to recruit incompetent coaches who there after enlist clueless players to kick the round leather round the pitch aimlessly

I can understand your problem with the u-20 ..But why are u wishing for the super falcons downfall?
They have a foreign coach(u love foreign coaches) .. Since the AWCON ended, they have enjoyed a lot of support from the NFF and have played a lot of games together... and finally the world cup squad is made up of the best female players we have right now! IMO,those girls are well prepared..
So why are u wishing for them to fail??

Origi only plays that wing forward role when our other wing forwards are unavailable or when its not a big match.. go and check well... As for Lallana, even if he stays, there's no way he will b a threat.. He is injury prone! Same with Chamberlain..

You are overstating it...Origi is primarily a striker.. At Liverpool he is used as a makeshift wing forward. Klopp isn't known for playing with an out and out striker. he prefer false9s .. Even at Dortmund he used Aubameyang on the wing.. it doesn't mean Aubameyang is a wing forward..

Again,Origi plays from the left when he is on the wing..Samu is a RW.. I don't see what the fuss is about...

Yes Definitely. Even a slim lose to Ukraine may just be enough to see us through. However, I hope the team wins that game to regain confidence.

Wrong. Because Ox plays mostly as a CM.

Shaqiri wants first team soccer which klopp can't give to him considering those already in the first team. Hence the reason he may leave

You are wrong.

First of all look at the type of players Liverpool have bought in recent times and ask yourself if Chukwueze fits the profile.

Then look at the versatility of the proven, tested and established top quality forward players in Liverpool. All have played on the wing at one time or another and we are talking about Origi, Lallana, Ox and one or two on the fringe.

What you fail to realise also is that most players and that's even established players need time to adapt. Chukwueze has just played one season of first team football in La Liga. Lots of potential but a long way to go.

If Origi plays the WF role when Salah and Mane are unavailable or when it isn't an important match then which one will Samu play? Preseason and friendlies? There are two questions I need you to answer;

1) Will Origi not be the first player off the bench if Liverpool are chasing a game? (Forget sentiments, only an idiot will sub in Samu ahead of Origi when he is a goal or two down.)

2) If you agree that Origi will be the first name off the bench doesn't that mean that when there are dead rubber games or need to rotate, he will be the first name on the team sheet so he can maintain form?

Now in modern football there is nothing like I can only play LW or RW, Origi is a player that can play across the frontline comfortably while providing an aerial goalthreat as well. So it doesn't matter which wing Samu plays.

Now down to Ox, Ox has gone a season for Liverpool abi Arsenal without missing up to 5 games due to injury, can't recall the year. He is Liverpool's investment in homegrown talent and if you think, currently, Samu is better or even if you somehow think Samu is better, that Liverpool will prioritise Samu's development over that of their homegrown talent then you need to check how clubs are run. Again, Ox can play LW and RW comfortably, that's two names ahead of Samu in LW or RW.

I personally wouldn't fancy Lallana as a LW or RW. His name popped up 'cause someone mentioned that Samu might start playing in midfield as the AMF which Lallana plays very well

They are missing this part. Liverpool benchwarmers are all versatile, so limiting the argument to LW alone does not rule out any of Origi, Ox, Lallana etc

So because he played on the flanks there makes him a good winger ?

He is not going to sit on anyone's bench that would be totally against the trajectory he is on.

He shouldn't leave Villarreal IMO tell Liverpool and Barca thank you and move on.

I am not sure there are serious offers for him self

He should not near Liverpool if the offers are true ,Barcelona is a no go area .

If chuks is going to Epl ,crystal palace ,burnley and co are there for him ,but villareal is better than those clubs so he should stay at villareal
