Yeah, Spectranet is way faster. I get upwards of 10MB/s easily, but Swift offers more data and is cheaper.

Swift works fine for me, and the timing is more flexible, 11pm-8am and 11pm saturday to 6pm sunday unlimited download for 14days with 3GB normal data allocation to use when you like within the 14days at just 3k works for me. Dumped Spectranet when they increased tariff and didn't credit me on a bonus recharge, then they're timing is also wack 1am - 7am and the speed is throttled btw 1am to 3am at about 500kps and released at 3am to 5am, then it's throttled again till 7am.

Abeg dem drama plenty. i like my swift jejeli, no stories that touch with them

I think the sim is now, #20,500 and comes with unlimited data for one month, it used to be #19,500 but i bought when it came bundled with a swift runner mifi for 8k, guess a lot has changed since then.

And yes swift works with any 4G phone with band 40, same goes for a mifi. It only works on band 40 same with spectranet.

PS if you want to try out the merit plan but don't want to spend 20k for the unlimited plan, meet one of he customer care representatives/agents and settle them to give you a sim.

Any mifi that supports band 40 is good enough.

I have no idea about network at Festac though, but the coverage should reach there.

My Spectranet downloads at 5MB/s at any time. Including 1-7am
