2 years ago De Ligt had yet to make the senior team. No one knew if he would come good or not.

The statement was made by a scout. He said they recommended him to Utd, not 100% sure he was offered. At that time, Utd was more interested in established players like Bale.

Another list could be De Ligt, Wan Bissaka, Ndombele, Bruno Fernandes, Jadon Sancho.

You seem to like this Jadon Sancho too much. I have not seen him but I also remember that club is a specialist in selling scams for huge figures.

I definitely think OGS should get Ndombele and Ndidi. I like the determination of the former even though I don't think his positioning is very good but he puts his back into it and his frame alongside Paul Pogba in the middle will be a handful for many opposing teams.

I agree scouts can recommend a player but they have no rights over a player to be able to offer him to another club.

Pepe as eph12 said appears to be made of tough stuff and should cope well with the EPL, similar to how Mane does.

Sancho is young and will be very expensive but his ceiling is probably the highest.

Ziyech is very skilled and possibly the best passer of the 3, but might struggle the most with EPL physicality.

In a perfect world i would buy Sancho and Pepe OR Sancho and Ziyech.
