Algerian - KENHA is for major highways - we have KURA and KERRA for urban and rural roads. Kenya now has about 20,000kms of paved roads. We have a long way to get to Algeria level - but generally even non-paved roads are gravelled and motoroable. I don't doubt Algerian roads but Nigeria roads are mostly broken down...and their data unreliable.
