I think the difference btw Kenya, Tanzania and Nigerian is smarter leadership.Kenya laid a strong foundation when Tom Mboya in 60s realised the Brits were gonna leave us high n dry.He got the Americans to plant the seed of Kenya success by allowing smart Kenyans admissions and scholarship to ivy League of the US.JF Kennedy oversaw admissions of more than 2000 Kenyans to best school in us and they all nearly returned to replace the Brits They returned and set the tone and pace...and Kenya has always placed very high premium on education and quality of decision making manifest itself across sectors.Obama is one such product and so is Nobel laureate Prof Wangari Mathai .it's been called the airlift that changed the world .
