Icon4s: I beg to differ sir. Thomas Dennerby is on to something. Our defence is stronger with a decent goal keeper. It's an insult to compare Aigbogun to Dennerby. If we utilize our trident of Oshaola, Ordega and Oparanozie via fast counters we will hold our own. At least we will not be disgraced. |

Oasis007: The only problem I have with this setup is Simon and Aina I would rather play simon close to Aina to help him defensively, Aina is a culprit when defending if you watch As Roma matches he's always caught off guard. Lastly uncle Rohr won't start Victor ahead of ighalo, Thank You |

elyte89: The guy never serious... He has been played at almost every position he fits in (except RWB) in the GWG but he still never showed up.. If pa Echijele was still around,he would have made d team ahead of Aina |

Danielnino00: No mind d guy jare,I no dey feel.him vibes at all for GWG,and peeps here are suggesting shehu gets drop As worse as shehu is in GWG,he's far better dan aina in national colors |

elyte89:Shehu used to be good . but he contributes little offensively and he crumbles when we face some serious teams (imagine Shehu against Zaha or Mane at the AFCON ) .. IMO,his seriousness on the pitch is what makes him better than Aina... Aina loss concentration too much.. I really miss Ebuehi. that boy is the perfect RB we need! .. 1 Like |

elyte89: He will adapt.. Oliseh didn't use to pick Ekong because he thought he couldn't cope with the physical nature of Africa football, but look at him today.. Ebuehi is by far the most intelligent full back we have... His speed and game reading abilities are top notch... 1 Like |

Kog45: Elder.. I don't think a lot of super eagles faithfuls like Aina style of play... The opportunity to command a starting shirt was handed to him on a platter of gold and so far I don't think he has grabbed it.. Maybe U can prove me wrong by mentioning one game he has played in the GWG that defies my assertion of him.. . |

For the Critics of Ola Aina, I guess you Guys need to see this. He's examined scientifically to be believed that; he has no significant Weakness (es). Also he's believed to be very strong at Interceptions. If he lacks awareness as you Guys opined, won't it be recorded as his Weakness?! Or lack of awareness ain't a significant Weakness?? Having been a silent, ardent follower of this thread, I want to let you guys know that you are doing an awesome job here. I sincerely think that Onuachu deserves to be on the final list considering that he's been consistent all through the season, I also wonder who gets dropped for Iheanacho, who's not impressed all through the season...lest I forget, special shout out to Safarigirl for her insightful and consistent contributions and others too numerous to mention. Abeg, where are supernerd and goodjoe? I dey miss them. Finally, how do you welcome a first timer? 9 Likes |

Danielnino00:My man I always love analyst who talk football without emotions and for you to say Echijele will still make it ahead of Aina says it all. Echijele made WC based on sentiment though Aina didn't help the situation. If you are telling me Shehu is better than Aina I watched this season then something must be amiss. |

Tyrone Ebuehi full Season at A. D. Haag vs Ola Aina full Season at Torino Comparison Stats. Season 2017/18 Stats of both Players is also attached. Sentiment Aside, Ola Aina is better than both Shehu and Ebuehi. We should rather hope he replicate the Club Forms in GWG. https://www.whoscored.com/PlayerComparison 1 Like

It's very important I personally assess a player before forming an opinion about him. That's why I try to see them play with my two naked eyes because I don't trust some peeps opinions here due to some obvious reasons. How can one say Aina is not good defensively an yet we see him play LWB, RWB, RB and LB consistently in the championship and Seria A? What do they think Seria A is all about? How many goals C Ronaldo manage score this season compared to la Liga? The same Aina is a starter in Seria A and won 2 MOTM in that same position after he won that in the championship. Some people can be very mischievous in analyzing Nigerian players just for some personal reasons known to dem. I understand why Aina doesn't take national team seriously. It's because he knows the best are never picked. Why should he put his club career in jeopardy for a national team that already has preferred players with automatic shirts? Victor Moses saw the unambitious team and called it quit. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Some are kinda amazed coz I include Simon Moses in my presumed lineup. Lest we forget, he's 23yrs old. He was a Monster prior to his Injury and nearly signed for Liverpool. A quick Reminder of Simon Moses! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XJm8-SNbCXA 2 Likes |

andrew444: Jah bless you Bro. We keep saying Rohr is conservative, but seem we want to be conservative with our approach towards Players selection for the Super Eagles as well. I made the heading so clear that; it's strictly my Opinion, yet some are still saying Rohr won't play this play that. Is it Rohr Opinion?! 2 Likes |

Icon4s:I will not totally dismiss the chances of the ladies in France and I think you are still judging them based on january's performance I think the coach has tried to fine tune them into a defensively solid team that will be hard to break down which will thrive on the counter. Realisticaly I'm targeting a win against South Korea and draw against Norway that should at least guarantee them 3rd place and qualification for the second round. as poor as you think dennerby is he has won a trophy Aigbogun non |

I understand we cherish Rave of the Moment a lot on this Thread, though some Players are exempted cos they are believed for a Reason known, even being away for long due to Injury would have no case against them. Simon Moses has outstanding Pace, solid Stamina, defensively good, can use both Feet flawlessly, can cross effortlessly, a good setpiece Taker, a mesmerising Dribbler and his shot power is excellent as well. ..... But he should be dropped from the List?! 1 Like |
