Honestly I dnt knw what to say.. The embassy gave him 7 days grace to explain the misinterpretation, he didn't respond to that.. And he ended up getting a 5 years ban.. The deed has been done bro, this is one of the many disadvantages of using agents, these people are just after your money and nothing more... A normal professional agent should have asked him if he has been refused visa anywhere before since he knows that question will be asked when applying.. Personally speaking, I don't see the magic he wants to do to revert that ban.. Except say he sabi BUHARI, OSIBANJO, TRUMP or Queen Elizabeth.. Other peeps that have overturned a Canadian 5 years ban can give solutions tho.. Peace Kishkosh: |

It should be a good sign. Congratulations in advance on your visa. Also, you shouldn't have done the medicals twice, that was a waste of money; when the request came, you should have just sent them the form for the one you had done before. Continue to pray and believe, it shall end on praise in Jesus' Name. Amen!

MUN19: Your undergraduate course? Intended course of study? Any work experience? Did you submit any of your personal account? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Caddy123: 6:57pm On Jun 05, 2019 |
If possible tell your uncle to use his personal account and explain better why the funds for your program is coming from his company account. If you are currently employed, get training leave not just letter if introduction from the company. If your dad or mum has a building or estate, put up a defense that you manage such. Get something that can bring you back and include it in your loe quote author=emeritus00 post=79051877] Your undergraduate course? Intended course of study? Any work experience? Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by kcosam: 7:51pm On Jun 05, 2019 |
Smile4mee01:It's not difficult as you think because we have seen people above 30 old got their TRV in their 1st application. In fact, someone shared that he is 37 years with two kids, and got his TRV in less than a Month after submitting application, he shared his timeline and profile here. So I think it depends on each individual's profile and how well you package & organized your LOE and supporting documents submitted. Your finance (either self-sponsor or third party sponsor) matters as well. So, for me its not really about the age per say, even though there is consideration for age, that doesn't mean that a person of 50+ years can't further his studies in Canada. You just need to convince the VO about your purpose of visit, finance & personal asset, and strong home ties to Nigeria. So please don't be discouraged. |

Tlontin: I know this is an impossible question to answer for sure (maybe even a stupid one, lol)... Could you be more specific as regards timeline for decision, once eligibility review starts?? It'll also help if u cud mention how long urs took from eligibility review to PPR/final decision.. Thanks |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 15 by Tlontin(m): 8:18pm On Jun 05, 2019 |
urstruly1:Check my profile and previous post you would find my application timeline. My eligibility started a day before I got medical requests. |
