You will be asked to come back after a week for your letter of eligibility. That's all for the ministry of education..... And for foreign affairs, i paid 1k for each document because it's express and i need to go back that same day so i don't really know how much its going to cost there for each document... And for UAE embassy you pay 19k for each document including your letter of eligibility.

Bros it's now 2k oo that was what I paid for express at mofa. I also notorized my documents too for 2k each. Transcript and eligibility letter wasn't important for mine maybe it's because I'm headed to an Asian country"

Just a day @ the UAE embassy. UAE embassy opens 9am and closes 3pm or so. Just be there early.

As long as you bear same surname with the person you intend to help attest result for, then there is no problem....Go with a valid means of identification.

No they will not. Your eligibility letter is necessary, it is like an evaluation of your certificate worth.

It's just hours usually, but i'm not too sure if they will be able to attend to you this week. Because the UAE government is on holidays from 3rd to 8th due to the Eid. You can still try sha, but brace yourself. The good news is that someone else can help you attest it at the UAE embassy. So IF it is not done, try to drop the certificate for someone to help you do it. Then find how the person will send it to you in UAE, because it is largely irrelevant in UAE without attestation.

You mean they won't accept a friend or a non-surname person to do it ; I assume they will have agencies who helps to do this process.

Truly, uae driving license is expensive to acquire and can be a long frustrating ordeal if you can't adapt and learn fast.

Is that the shortest layover on your route for that day? Or there is a shorter layover and you chose the 23hrs layover? If that is the shortest layover, then emirates will arrange a transit visa for you and also put you in a hotel, but pls call emirates airlines to confirm and know what you are expected to do to qualify for that.
I think you will need to book and add the emirate dubai stopover to your package but just call them to confirm, not sure if you will need to pay extra for that as a Nigerian.

Don’t waste your money bro, once you have hepatitis B it’ll show in ur residence medical and your visa will be rejected, fully treated or not it will be rejected ..future visit visa would even be rejected that’s a fact so if you have history of hepatitis B just come as a tourist and return home undetected
