Hello all, I'm trying to invest in mutual fund for d first time via FBN EDGE, But I'm surprised I will be charged 2,000 naira extra to top up my FBN EDGE account. Why 2k. How much is the interest that I will be charged that high amount. I'm confused. |

If you join through APP First Deposit from pay stack through dashboard should be done. Due to pay stack fee. I did a minimum amount which is 5K. Once deposits reflect and account has started running, I requested for Account Number to deposit bigger funds. I now use that for any top up I do. Haykeenzy: 1 Like |

Good afternoon ppl. I want to cash out some of my fund in stanbic ibtc, can I add a new account that has different account name from the name I use in running the mutual fund? |
Re: Mutual Funds by temi4fash(m): 9:08pm On Jun 11, 2019 |
Haykeenzy: I noticed that too. I decided to use the direct transfer method for top up. Am still learning the ropes though But has anyone notice the drop in the interest lately. Is this a general issue?? |

Good day fam. I am using StanbicIBTC MMF as a savings account where I regularly subscribe using my GTB debit card. I was sent an email and text informing me that my funds will be given value after 2 business days when ever I use my debit card to subscribe. There is an alternative as contained in the email I don't understand and will need help. "Alternatively, you can make a direct bank transfer to our mutual funds’ bank accounts using your e-account number as reference/remark/narration. An example of this reference is “1341012345”. Kindly note that you are no longer required to upload your proof of payment on our website. In addition, all inflows received before 12 noon every business day will be given value the same day while inflows that are received after 12 noon will be given value the next business day" Thanks in advance. 2 Likes 1 Share |

netzro: It's simple. All they are saying is this: If you want to have same day value for your deposit, make direct transfer of your fund before 12 noon on any business day via internet banking or your bank app if any and use your Fund account number as the description/reference /remarks/narration whichever term is used by your bank. 5 Likes |
